I live alone and pretty much eat what i want when i want. I normally start my day with a bottle of water and a large iced coffee with about a third of a little protein shake and a tablespoon of sugar free creamer. I dont really get hungry until about 11. Sometimes my first meal is 3 eggs with black pepper and turmeri, and a couple slices of turkey bacon or two pieces of chicken sausage. Supper is most time chicken and some peas and carrots.

Breakfast would be 230 without the olive oil,which has about 100 calories per tablespoon. I think you had at least 200 calories of oil there. Spray Pam would solve the problem on a lower heat for the veggies. So could measuring out one teaspoon of olive oil, which would only raise the calories to about 265, which would still be good. Just FYI. The extra olive oil can slow down weight loss when we forget to include it, which I have also done when logging a meal.

I would be starving on a plan like this. And applesauce would not do it for me as dessert. But I'm glad it's working for you!

Hi Jenn like you I cannot have gluten and I am not great with too much dairy. Thank you for showing us your whole day of eating, do you make it look so easy with 6 children, did you adopt?? I saw a comment about that! I like that you still use honey and maple syrup. I would tend to use too much olive oil so going forward I need to measure. You are so positive. I’m glad to hear that you live in Ontario we live near Niagara Falls. It’s so important to eat at the table as a family. You are instilling great habits for your children. Thank you for being so informative. 💕

You said just a bit of oil but it sure looked like a lot more than a bit to me. Have you ever tried measuring the oil? Super calorie dense. Lots of good trips though so thank you.

THREE WEEK VACATION! I mean seriously that’s what I need the most. The stress is killing me. Don’t be a single secretary. No one can afford it. Certainly can’t afford a 3 week vacation- unless I’m unemployed (staycation).

We felt really lucky for sure. It was our 20th Wedding Anniversary, and we've been saving for years. We hadn't been away from the kids for more than a weekend in ten years. It was wonderful!

I thought noom reccomended not to eat any less than 1350 calories per day for women?

Hi there. I think it may depend on your age? For my age, the target is somewhere between 1200 and 1500 according to the app.
