Hi! The velcro on the small sit-up pad is just for storing it when it is not in use so that you don't lose it! You can attach it to the velcro that is underneath the Nordic Pad, or you can attach it to the velcro on the side of the back extension pads! Hope this helps!

@@freakathleteco do people who have received their Nordic Hyperextension machine already get the situp and GHD pad automatically or do you have to order them? I already have my machine but didn't get a GHD or situp pad.

At time stamp 3:00 He has it in Reverse hyper mode, which is the same mode you could have it in for GHR, you can also do GHR in flat nordic mode. The main component needed for GHR is the half moon pad shown in the video, but it can be done from wither 90 degree back extension mode, or flat nordic.
