From Helsinki, we flew to the capital of Lapland, Rovaniemi, also known as the hometown of Santa Claus.
Christmas Eve dinner was at Restaurant Nili that serves "Pure Taste of Lapland". A hit to us was the dessert called Squeaky Cheese.
Christmas Day was spent at Santa Claus Village where we explored the winter wonderland, met and greeted Santa Claus, sent postcards across the globe from Santa Claus Village Main Post Office and crossed the Arctic Circle.

The flights and the daylight (or lack thereof) messed up our eating schedule 😄 eat when hungry, when convenient or when we remember haha
