Intro on a nice chilly morning in oktober with a full lap in a '89 Porsche 911 3.2 G50 Carrera, partly onboard, partly from a M3.

Geweldig dit.. ik had zelf 13 jaar een 86' Targa. Ook zwart. Mooi om deze vooraan te zien rijden. Ik verloor ook zelden op straat haha. Mooie bak Hollandse vriend 😎🇳🇱👊👌

I LOVE THIS! You are an excellent driver (racer?). This is an aspiration of mine. Drive a 3.2 (or 3.0 or 2.7) that I own, around the green hell. Thanks for posting

Watched a lot of nurnburgring porsche vids - favorite is yellowbird from 13:30-17:30 - but that's a RUF car. It's nice to see a totally stock ROW 911 pass this much, including another 911. I have an 86 ROW with a 915, which shifts slower than an 89. The G-50 transmission helps, but there's a reason a stock 80's 911 is still a fast car in turns. Good vid.

Tnx! And yes, Yellowbird is the best of all time, I agree! But that's a RUF. With a driver with balls of steel. Us simple earthlings have to dot it with stock cars. And it's indeed impressive how good a stock 911 is, that is about 30 years old. I've driven newer cars as well on the Ring (M3, S2000 etc) but they can't top this one in terms of handling and feeling.

Get your 915 reconditioned and it will shift just as good as a G-50

Funny because, I'm a pure and monomaniac 911 3.2 lover..... And the 1st thing which pops up in my mind with this run...it's the car chase scene from Bullitt... Nothing common with a V8 Mustang...but the scenery comes out superb like in the movie...;)

Thanks! Difficult to say for me, because I never had the wing on it. I guess it could've made a difference since you see the rear dancing around a little sometimes..
