I just got this very same rifle and got to shoot it and sight it in. I have a 200 yd. zero and I put my Vortex 15-60 Golden Eagle on it and 500 yd milk jug was to easy. Next weekend I'm taking it out a ranchers property here in North Arkansas and we can shoot out to 2 miles. Can't wait!!!

How’s is the golden eagle holding up to the bmg? I put one on my .50 but my gun clubs 1000 yard range is closed for improvements and with all the rain here on the east coast I’m not sure if it will reopen this year. So I haven’t had the opportunity to try out the Eagle.

They're building a 1000 yard range nearby here in Tennessee. Can't wait to take my Barrett M82 out that far there.

@Rob Cas There's bound to be something with that range closer to you than Tennessee...maybe Pennsylvania? The range I was referring to is Dead Zero in Spencer, Tennessee and they finally opened up the 1000 yard range. You can even shoot 50 BMG there. It's awesome!

Noreen does all their machining (CNC) and nearly all component manufacturing in-house - including receivers and barrels.

Use an arken sh4 gen 2 scope. 118 moa will easily adjust for long range out to 1000. Use a heritage arms 300 moa adjustable base . 2000 and beyond yards.

are you sure the rail is inline with the bore, seems you would not run out of scope adjustment at only 400 yards unless something is wrong or the scope is total shit.

agreed. ballistic calculator puts 400yds around 6 moa drop with a 100yd zero.

mine cause 1,625 N50 bull barrel 31lb. and I load my own bullets ball at $2.22 each or AMAX at $8.00 ea.

I reload 6.5 CM and 338 LM but loading 50 BMG makes me nervous.

This rifle would be perfect if I had a handle like the m200 intervention adjustable bipod, adjustable cheek piece and adjustable length of pull. IMO.

How is the ULR holding up for you so far? Any issues to speak of? I know a couple of people who weren't to happy with their gen 1s due to the bolt being very difficult to get out after a shot and being cut on sha rt o edges. I believe they slay have taken care of some of those issues on the gen 2. So overall, would you recommend it as a good budget oriented. 50?

They don't recoil that bad given the weight and muzzle break, similar recoil to a .30-06
