Nope, I record prores raw in Slog 3 then generally manually boost color and saturation and adjust levels for 1000 nits. I'll sometimes crush the blacks a little bit in dark scenes, but I try to avoid any clipping other than headlights.

I haven't tried it. I got it primarily for recording prores raw both for the better results it gives with HDR and because it eliminates the baked in noise reduction in the A7SIII which can't be turned off. Using Neat Video to denoise afterwards is more effective without the in-camera denoising.

Just down to the lighting I'd say. Lens is the same as my last few videos. As for rain and snow, we're mostly past snow season at this point (though it did snow a little today). I don't generally shoot in the rain just because I don't feel what it adds in atmosphere is worth the headache of trying to keep my equipment dry.
