Sharing one of the oldest and rarest Norm MacDonald appearances I have. RIP to the legend!

"It's me, Bob." will always be one of my favorite bits.

Mine too! That whole skit was his very earliest stuff. I’m glad it’s still around. Norm was truly unique.

@@flapjackson6077 I think one of the things most Norm fans liked is that his humour was so bizarre and surreal. I don't really like the "Men are like this, women are like this" kind of humour or whatever, I just find everyone does it and it's the same joke repeated slightly differently ad infinitum. Norm? You are out by the railroad tracks with your family in a duffel bag.

😂 Indeed!

I have remembered the family in a duffel bag joke (though I thought he said briefcase) for 25 years. He told it with a better delivery in a different setting, but it's funny as hell either way.

I remember some of these jokes from the 80’s and 90’s from TV’s Comic Strip Live, Caroline’s, Comedy on the Road and all the others. I was a Norm fan way before SNL. Rest In Peace. Thanks for uploading 👍

I was in Hyattsville, Maryland (the urban suburb of Washington, D.C.) at this time, when this aired on Fox on Sunday Nights, along with Married... With Children, In Living Color, True Colors, Parker Lewis Can't Lose, Get a Life and Good Grief during this season 1990-91.
