Exactly. These are the stories my mother used to tell me when I was a child. She is Swedish and knew all the stories about the Gods. I also remember folk tales about dwarves and fairies like this one she used to tell about a fairy that got stuck to a gravestone because it had a cross on it, which is a holy symbol. The man who caught it forced it to grant him wishes. Wish I could find those stories.

Great audio and story telling. I only wish they would have included The Building of the Wall, The Mead of Poetry, Thor as a Bride, Otter's Ransom, Freyr's Courting of Gerd, and I wish they would have also mentioned that Ragnarok isn't the end all. The world actually reemerges and some of the Gods, including Baldr, come back to life

Wrong bud After Ragnarok, rhe workd was reset, new sun and moon, 2 humans protected by odin, and thor and odin's descendants lived. No God's came back, no wolves, serpents etc. Baldur and all other God's dead. Also baldur died before ragnarok Facts bud....

Discogs is a great website for finding records. If you prefer getting your hands dirty, check out some thrift stores. That's where I've found most of my storybook vinyl.
