Thanks for the video, I'm trying to learn some of this for my job. On an unrelated note, do you know why a Nortel phone wouldn't cancel call forwarding? The person is selecting the line, punching 73# and it makes the beeping noise but it sometimes doesn't cancel the call forwarding. They are having to press it a few times.

Thanks very much for this. Newer system. I get to the capabilities and FWD TO part BUT when I try to enter in the 3 digit extension that the phone is (and vm should be directed to), it only lets me type in 2 digits. Not a 3rd. The extension is working properly, accepting calls, making calls to that extension #, voicemail set up. But the phone will not go to voicemail - just keeps ringing. Not sure what step I am missing prior to the FWD TO part. Please let me know if you can shed light. Thank you.

I need to change some of my single memory buttons and can not find where to do that. Do you already have a video for that? Thank you again.

Thanks for making these videos. I would like to know how to move an extension from one phone to another. I have an M7310 system. The issue is I have do not see new voicemail notifications on my extension. I have to walk to my old office to see the notification. I can access all 4 lines, and can access and listen to my VM , I just can't see when I receive a new voicemail. Thank you

We have M7324 front desk phone and M7310 around the office. One M7310 is up and running, but when I add another phone to the empty lines the new phones all ring to the existing phone and not to outside lines?

I have the same exact system. I loss power and have a door bst. When someone rings the door, all of my sets would ring. Now, when someone rings the door, all sets make a loud noise with a couple of beeps - almost like an alarm. Is there a reason why and how do I fix that?

What if I don't have a section for capabilities? I have the older system (the first system in this video, but the 2nd phone in the video, the one on the left....but starts with configuration when I log in). I followed your instructions....however....I go to General Admin, my options are 1. Sys Speed Dial, 2. Name, 3. Time and Date, 4. Restrictions, 5. Overrides, 6. Permissions, 7. Night Service, 8. Passwords. I have been through every option I can find and I cannot find anything with capabilities? Please help. *pout*

I think based on your earlier videos that F 62 is for overhead speakers and F 61 is only for sets, but in this video you said that F 62 was only for sets.
