Holy cow...are you kidding me?? That intro was incredible. I'm in tears. I was wondering how you would preface your next video after such a sad loss. This was an even more inspiring tribute to Bo and to just the passing of time and the cycle of nature in general. That first shot my first thought was Wow...God's cathedral. And the fade into just the 2 remaining babies...wow. I had to stop the video and reply. I was going to send this to my sister who's never seen the northern lights. I was writing these are my friends who lost their dog. You guys truly do feel Ike friends. Weird I know! But I really look forward to hanging out with you guys on the weekends and so appreciate the work you put into the channel. OK. On with the video. 😆💞🙏💞

When I lived in Duluth, I saw the Northern Lights there as well. They were much more vivid in Alaska though. They are so beautiful! When I was stationed at Elmondorf, I lived in Base Housing and they provided block heaters for each house. We had to keep ours plugged in whenever we were at home. They didn't want any excuses as to why you couldn't get to work. 😄I was thinking about Bandit and I know he has to miss his brother. Bless his heart! Boy, if it's not one thing it's another. I know the two of you will get it all done. You both are great at fixing things. YUMMY, that chowder looks DELICIOUS! Eric & Arielle, I have to say, the two of you make some amazing videos. Thank you so much for sharing your lives with us.

The lack of sleep before a driving trip might be somewhat doable now just please be careful as the years go by. Listen to your body and give it what it needs. I remember driving trips like you guys do at your age. Now I’m almost 60 and I physically can’t do that anymore without falling asleep at the wheel. Microsleep is a real thing and I’ve done it and witnessed it. I want to continue to watch both of you for many years as you live your great life sharing it with us. Coffee rules.

This episode has by far the best editing I have seen your folks do. It is poetic! First you have the northern lights swirling into beautiful flakes of snow. Then you have a fire storm in the sky that leads us into the swirling gases of your fireplace. You follow up another fireplace shot with the beautiful red in the sky. The drone shots of the frozen forest match beautifully with your music. Thanks for taking us along on your shopping trip to Fairbanks. You are road warriors who pause for a military convoy. Sorry that your beloved Bo has passed away. You folks take such good care of your animals. Take care Eh?
