such a petty thing but it happened, I had a brand deal go bad and this is how I dealt with it. lesson learnt however we finish the video all about Cheshire reptile rescue and the amazing education that there doing.

What a sad story to hear. In reply to some of the comments below I can confirm that we have not supplied any product at all, nor asked for any review nor video nor comment from this channel with regard to this update. We have not started any court action nor had any conversation of any sort other than answering a couple of questions which were posted on our social media. I do hope that the channel finds a solution to the issues that are reported, whichever brand or product it was.

Don’t pay that company no mind. They sound crazy. Personally if they can’t take criticism based on animal welfare, then, we’ll they have no business being in the pet trade. Like the expansion of the room. Keep up the good work and don’t let clowns like that get you down.

I wouldn't have signed a NDA I'd have exposed them. Company's should not be allowed to do this. I'd have counter sued for selling a dangerous product and attempting to sensor you. Company's have far to much power these days, they need knocking down a few levels and bringing back down to reality.

You should have a little blog or something you can transcript your video reviews into text and have them be anonymous for these types of situations. So people can see honest reviews that you can write without fear of repercussions. If a brand trys to sue you for honest feedback, that's a BIG PROBLEM, and makes it even more important for consumers to hear.

Glad you are back. Love your knowledge, honesty and passion for your reptiles. I am building my own little kingdom, so far, 2 crested geckos Gex and Fynn, leopard gecko Dessie, whites tree frog Ollie, africian cichlids (to many to name) , and my puppy Mocha. They all keep me busy, but the love them all. Love your channel. Reminds me of home. (an East End girl living in Canada). p.s. Glad you won the case and wasn't sued :)

Your not wrong, I nip quite often on a Saturday after dog training, as i can go that way on my way home, I often end up there for more than an hour or so, not been for a couple of weeks as been trying to sort out setting up a new bioactive terrarium, so not seen the new unit yet, looking forward to seeing it, as I know they've all worked extremely hard to get it up and running.

I think your idea about the hands-on reptile learning facility is brilliant! I would love to see something like that here in the states. I’m so glad you’re back making videos. @@NORTHERNEXOTICS I would totally take some courses like that. I’ve only owned reptiles for around 2 years now and, even though I research constantly about them, I’m of the opinion that there’s always more to learn. I enjoy learning about the reptiles I own and those that I don’t. P.S: I have 3 baby mourning geckos (about 3 weeks old) and 6 more eggs I’m waiting on to hatch, plus my 2 adults Laverne and Shirley both have more eggs coming soon. I love that I can see the little white ovals in their bellies as they develop their eggs and it makes it easy to know how many eggs I’ve got coming. ☺️

I think it would be a great idea to have a hands on class before you get an animal. Just because you may love a creature doesn't mean you can take care of one

We are putting together a 5f x 3f royal python enclosure and because of your vids and awareness we went to Cheshire reptile rescue for all our lighting and bits and bobs, spent a few hundred quid. They were incredibly helpful not just with products but also with our fussy eater royal python. Really helped us new keepers feel more confident.

I saved a Yeman Chameleon from a really bad home last week and thank god. Cheshire reptile rescue, took it in. It wasin a horrible state. Very underweight and dehydrated too. I walked into the house where it was and nearly cried 😥 I a, so glad they took it in. They are the best people for the job really

As to your question,yes, A reptile shop here will help people with all sorts of problems as they need it. The reptile center could go one step further and set up enclosures in people's homes,come to their house as needed,even bring food so even disabled people who need help could have a pet.Even thou7gh I'm across the pond,I think I know the company you tangled with and have their new product running right now. I'll say nothing more.

I had never had a reptile before but 3 or 4 years ago I took a bearded dragon and a corn shake off someone's hand and after months a months of research and trying different things I brought their vivs up to scratch and am still always trying different ways of doing things and set ups. The way they arrived to me compared to now is a vast improvement and they are a lot happier now, a lot of time and money later lol.

@@belindamoles9192 I got her in the beginning of April and she was really underweight. Only 280 grams at 2 years old. Since then I have been given her good vegetables, daily greens, and live bugs. As of yesterday she was up to 340 grams and is almost finished a full body shed. She also has become more active and is starting to show her personality - which is a fussy, demanding little princess!

Really love your ideas! I would love to keep a reptile, but space is an issue right now. If courses were available I'd be very interested, because then I'd know for definite which species would suit me best and exactly what their needs are. If I were to go into a reptile shop, I don't think I'd know where to begin because I've learnt about so many snakes and lizards.

Just wanted to drop you a comment and say keep your chin up, your videos are really helpful for us keepers who like to create our own setups without spending the earth. I’m going to start a boost I’ve for a credit soon. From a fellow tortoise keeper, please don’t feed them shop bought greens or plants, they give them very little if no nutrition. weeds, weeds and more weeds are all they need, plus safe flowers. Get yourself the tortoise table app. You’ll be surprised what’s in your garden. Happy to help if I can :)

It's a shame they felt they needed to take it that far you give good honest reviews and reptile advice..you keep doing what you do best keep these vids coming..also cam I ask you're advice about my beardie when he sheds his body shed in stages now he's over 12 month and every where sheds a normal shed nice and clean but top of his head is really thick shed what seems to slowly come off in very small pieces and takes forever to come off I literally leave it to him but is there any way I could help him I've tried shed aid spray and shed support powder doesn't really do much

So it's not exo terra or hopefully arcadia... I do wish we could know who is trying to hide their faults from us and get honest creator's in trouble 🤔 very disappointed in which ever brand that is. We all just want to provide the best in reptile care... let your customers help and listen to them, don't slant them!

With custom enclosure for dart frogs. Maidenhead aquatics has a supplier that can help with your custom build it will not be cheap but you call up your local one and ask for a quote .

I must say that I have 2 mourning geckos I purchased from Josh's Frogs and received in Feb of this year. They are both about to lay eggs. Ones eggs are huge and look like there is no room for any internal organ inside of her. The other is a bit behind with much smaller eggs visible.

I will never understand companies like that. Common sense dictates that when you spend that long imagining & creating a product, you want it to be the best version of itself. You’d think they’d be a bit grateful that whatever issues were found, were spotted early enough in its release that they could have easily had a quick tinker about in those areas & fixed them. People want their animals to be safe at the end of the day, there’s no such thing as overthinking when it comes to that. So if refusing to listen to constructive criticism now leads to customers that do run into those safety issues posting negative reviews, all they’ll have really done in the long run is damage their products reputation themselves.

A bit bitter sweet watching this video. It goes without saying that you have the up most respect and care for yours and other animals/reptiles. You do the most amazing builds and give the best care advice. Always trying to give the best to animals. The time when you had your flat broken into and your pets were at risk was heartbreaking and your genuine love and care for animals and your reptile/invertebrate family was shown massively. I'm glad to hear you won the case with this company as you should of witch is the sweet part! The bitter part is that this is the first video of yours I have watched for a long time, maybe a year, due to the title of the video that drew me in. At one point, I watched you on another beloved invertebrate/reptile KZfaqr's live stream were you made a comment (about yourself, in all respect) that is a hateful word towards the LGBTQ+ community. Just really disheartening as I use to look at you for inspiration and use to get excited for each video that you uploaded to your channel/s. Your second channel aimed at hiking, nature, and van life, is superb and everything I live for. Yet I can't bring myself to watch as it just feels wrong to support someone that will happily use hate rooted words towards LGBTQ+ community to describe themselves in a challenging situation. I understand that we now live in a world were you have to be politically correct witch can be challenging, but as a youtuber/influencer, I think it's important to be aware it these thing as you have people looking up to and admire you. With that said, I am thrilled to see all the animals are doing well and over the moon that you won your case. It shows that you won't settle for nothing but the best for yours and others animal family!
