What tactics do you suggest for impossible to fish river bottoms with pretty decent current? Struggling to find many videos on this. I've been going with inline spinners, shallow crankbaits(crankbait bite has seemed to fall off lately) and paddletails on jigs. When they are biting I have decent success just not sure what else to try.

Nick: With a drop shot rig, is there any reason one couldn't use a bell sinker/bass casting sinker instead of the typical drop shot sinker? Thanks
