A very enjoyable flight! One minor criticism. You lowered the gear at 190 kts. The manual (p. 45) states there is a 140 kt limit for gear operation.

Hey, and thanks a ton for watching. Still learning and improving. Regarding your question: this is the program FS-ATC-Chatter. It is payware but the demo version (which I used in the video) has already some sound bites as you can hear in the video.
