@bruce_bison I might be wrong considering I didn't think about 7* r3 damage, I've only used a 6* r4 that's my bad, but I don't really think that champs that are completely different should be compared for long-form content unless it's just a general comparison

Kate requires skill/careful playing to maintain her debuff which depends on the node, but Northstar just senseless 5 hit combo. I’m startinf to like this dude 👍

@@abhinavdinesh4546 It easy to say you don’t need skill to use kate in BGs, EQ or AW. But when you have to use Kate to explore Necropolis and get solos, you will understand the difference.

Using Kate on long fights with nodes like Necropolis, the most important skill is switching and maintaining her debuff throughout the fight. Go try it out with Titania. See how well you will get your solo

Not sure what this vid provides lol Kate can still be OP in BGs Northstar can only be good in million plus health pools just not sure if hes needed for that either tho we just have much better options I like Northstar just wish he was good in BGs and smaller content just like kate bishop is lol. Nick increase the dial then apply coldsnap bub 2 fragile 2 caltrops and then coldsnap each dial increases the potency of next debufss smh i think of all ppl you would know

getting the coldsnap first is still more important so that hes ticking down while you get the other arrows, then re-apply coldsnap once you’ve hit 5

and this doesn’t even include chavez synergy, Kate is safer, better, easier to play, can take more fights. Northstar is just too slow which is ironic considering he’s a speedster

I'm wondering if this is an entirely fair comparison, because when Kate's ramp is complete her coldsnaps are continuing to tick even when you're not making any form of contact with the opponent Whereas for northstar, a majority of the really insane burst appears to come from that SP2, and I think his ramp fizzles out after a while, and a re-ramp is needed

i used him in bgs i have a 6star maxed out acended northstar and i end fights in under 60 seconds in BG non skill champs too hes solid in BGS and short content

Yea but at a 6 star rank 5 ascended level, there are so many other better attackers than can end fights way faster than 60 seconds

So like a handful of people that play the game and like using him mainly because they just like him they know he can still get it done if they want to use him in content like BG.

@@thawurdsmith ok, my point was that for him to be viable in bgs he has to be ranked up all the way to the max, so it would be better to give those resources to other champs. I understand your point tho that people who really like him, have a bonus that he can be viable at 6 star rank 5 ascended

@@sahankarti yup and I agree with your point 100 percent there are a lot of champs much better to use in BGs for sure, but yeah just my point on it for those who like using him he can get away with a a few wins every now and then. Though to your point I wouldn’t recommend using him in bgs as a first option for sure.
