serious question. do the workers attend, be4 hired, to short term school, workshop or something of the like that? or do the companies give chance hiring workers to learn to shear on the job training?

These guys do this for a living/profession. One would normally get into this through a background of Agriculture and looking after sheep. These guys will travel the world and are able to shear all year round.

Glad you loved it Kister. Just in case you needed any more information, this is one of a series of competitions held throughout the UK usually between May and August. The Shearers are World Class with the current World Champion being Welshman Richard Jones

These sheeps are so calm I wounded why other bread of goats or sheep you have to tie them or something

Rab Shan The sheep are calm because they're not being harmed in any way. Their fleece is shorn to prevent them dying of suffocation. Sheep often roll over onto their backs in the summer and if they are unable to get up again due to the bulk of wool they are carrying their stomachs swell and they die. Shearing is carried out by highly trained professionals and minimise stress to the animals by expert handling.

Johas, there are 3 large manufacturers of sheep shearing machines - Lister, Hieneger and Sunbeam. Machines use an electric motor driving a solid or flexible shaft to the handpiece which cuts the wool. Shearers shear the sheep using a set pattern of blows (strokes) known as the 'Bowen' method. Your best option to source a shearing machine may be to try to contact a distributor in Australia. I hope this is of some help. MikeD

They're known as 'Mules' and there are both Scottish & English types. Renowned for their temperament, cross breeding qualities and relatively easy care.
