Saw logs into 6" x 2" lumber .

Everybody heard it and saw it, you hit the log dog with the chainsaw. Did you mess anything up? You must have a good size saw. It was milling pretty fast. Very nice. So many people attempt that with a under powered saw

Question. If you sliced a small pole like that in two leaving bark on it. Then just cut in firewood lengths. Is that better- quicker that splitting wood?

great set up boys. whats the biggest diameter log you can mill on this?

From the Norwood website = mill hardwood & softwood logs up to 14" (35cm) in diameter. Cut square beams & dimensional lumber up to 8" wide (2x4's, 4x4's, 2x6's, 6X6's).

I seen the adjustment handle move part way through the log. If the handle moves half a turn how far does the bar drop?

if im correct their should be a place to lock it , if it s lock yes the handle can move but is in lock position so the it stays level .

$997 but you'll want their custom machined bar, ripping chain and bar oiler which is a little more $$$ but well worth it.
