I had a neighbor get upset at me for asking her to move her car or her company’s car because they’d block my garage & I couldn’t leave. She started reporting me to the city saying I was flooding my yard & my yard was dryer than the Las Vegas desert 🏜️ She also contacted my landlord & told her there was people living in my house that weren’t on the lease WHICH WAS A LIE. She was doing the most, for no reason. If you don’t like to be asked to please move vehicles parked in front of my garage, don’t do it.

As a child, we were BFFs with our neighbors. When their adult son died of a brain tumor they went off the deep end. It got so bad, we moved. Nothing stays the same.

Definitely a problem from the joints in the wall from earth movement and shifting. I live in California and we have the same problem, that's why lots of rebar and concrete is needed. You can cosmetically fix it or reinforce it, but ultimately it will be a temporary fix until the wall is replaced.

I had a neighbor knocking on my door because my kids were playing with a sprinkler in my back patio and the water was running into his patio and wetting his dog’s paws. He told me to move then to the street. Um, no. I told him I couldn’t control gravity and the water was running the same direction it did when it rains. He’s never bothered us again. He probably realized how ridiculous it was.

The plaintiff should trust his gut feelings. I had a neighbor who would throw trash in my front yard at 4 am and then call the city inspector by 7am to get me ticketed. It took some time to figure out what was happening but once I knew, I took precautions. When that didn't work, she called the police on my grandchildren for playing on the sidewalk. You never know why someone might dislike you, you don't have to do anything to set off unhappy people. Once I started ignoring them, that's when their feelings really got hurt. it was the reaction they needed to feel, and when you ignore someone who is trying to cause you harm, you really get to them.

They probably don't like him, he's probably an annoying neighbor. They could be racist too..... who knows. Where I live there is a house to the left of me, and EVERYONE who has lived there acts like they can't use their own property. They park on the st in front of our home almost everyday which... whatever when on the road, but sometimes they are partially on the grass..... and they have a driveway that can fit 2 or 3 vehicles. Their company will also park in front of our home, but nobody parks in front of theirs. They leave trash in the yard like fast food bags and cups. So far I've seen 1 HUGE pile of dog poop on the edge of our yard, but typically they pick that up even in their own backyard. It's just interesting, because it's been the same story with the last 4 tenants( 2 possibly 3 owners, and 1 renter). I don't know what it is about our property that attracts the people in the house to feel like they can utilize it as well. The reason I know it's the tenants next door regardless of who is living there is also because when the house is empty for a couple weeks to a month; no trash, occasionally a random car parked on the street in front never partially in the grass, 9/10 times no dog poop( people walk their dogs on our street, so there's poop in the yard or on the sidewalk periodically, but less than when the house is occupied). ALL of the neighbors have been really nice though, but I they all overstep.

I disagree with the judge commenting about the ground shifting. If you look closely, the mortar is going on the vertical sides but horizontal sides seems to be intact. Therefore the shifting of the ground did not damage the horizontal mortars. I know because I am an engineer.

Why not just construct your OWN fence on your OWN side of the shared fence??? I don't understand! We had a neighbor.....HATED us! Liked us tons till he found our puppy pi*#in on his trash can! We are normal people and he had BAD OCD- it hailed once he had his sons outside sweeping it out of the driveway- he used to have his yard chemically treated (ours too because 4 foot was alonsode HIS driveway and our yard made his look bad of he didn't have IT maintained too) then he would make his teenage sons mow every 5 days no matter what and kill the grass- when they were done mowing he would trim ON HIS HANDS AND KNEES around a garage and 4 sheds! Anyways- when our basement flooded the kids took a mattress outside and leaned it along the garage waiting for pickup- 3 days later we got notice from city- this was all after 13 years of his crap.......I waited till the 28th day- put it in the back of my truck- parked it ON the property line- 3 more years I went out every 28 days- started the truck and turned it the other way! He declared war and won the battle- we won the war!
