In 2018 I plan on going with a lighter faster bullet. My goal is to do all I can to reduce recoil, that’s the name of the game. You gotta be able to spot your misses if you wanna compete in PRS. While we are talking recoil management the APA little bastard and area 419 hellfire muzzle brakes will help dramatically in reducing the recoil on any rifle you choose to install them on. Last I wanted to point you towards a place to gather info from two prominent people in the long range community. Frank galli from snipershide is now doing a podcast on podbean called “The Everyday Sniper”. It’s free to download and it covers everything from A-B when it comes to long range shooting. Last Jake Vibbert from JC steel targets is one of the top 3 PRS shooting in country. He’s also top 3 in NRL league. He is offering a online video series on his website. He covers everything from positional shooting to wind calls and it’s really informative. The links to both will be posted below. Thanks for watching....

BC is spot on for me out to 900. Furthest I have tried so far. Hard time getting them to group well. 3 will be in same hole and 2 will be 3/4" out if the group.

Joe, have you got those RDFs flying straight now? I have see several places where they didn't do well until the had a big jump. Have you tried a depth test already?

You had any time to shoot any of the 130s out to distances?

6.5mm_chris honestly load development has been a pain. Really finicky bullet to load for. Myself and a few other guys wanted to switch to them this season for the speed and BC but all of us are having a tough time loading with them. I haven't got out to distance with them. I read in snipershide guys were having good luck with the bullets around 2.925-2.940 and varget. Mine are 2.875 with 4350. I really want them to work!

JOE MANIERY cool ,was just wondering . I know I read a lot of guys didn't like the 140s cause of not grouping good.was wondering if 130 were as bad .

I ran 2 strings of 10 each through chronograph. Started 42.6-44.0. 43.6-44.0 of h4350 got me 15fps difference 2890-2904. Today I did 5rd of 43.7 and 5 of 43.9 with good results. I stick with Saami length of 2.825. I don't want any problems with magazines. I haven't had the time to get out to distance yet. Hopefully the BC is accurate, pretty high for 130's if They are actually .615 ...no pressure signs at all!

the problem i got now is i can't find any more h 4350, i'm looking for a replacement powder, and i feel the same about that bc, i hope it's true
