Propabably the most important steps to remember is your pre stage checklist and mentally ready for anything they throw at you. It’s easy for a new shooters to lose their train of thought in the heat of the moment. You can customize your checklist anyway you want. Add or remove stuff but once the timer begins you do not wanna draw blank. When you see a professional shooter they seem to move in slow motion but never have an issue with time, They are flawless. That’s because they are confident with their pre game and every movement is calculated. A pistol shooter drawing from holster or precision rifle shooter off a rooftop. The pre-game and mental game is what will make or break you in a competition.
