E aí pessoal!?
So this is why I had not been biking as much as I used to...
One of my 2023 resolutions was to run my first Half Marathon... and what would be more convenient than to run Detroit International one?
Well, I have had ran a couple of 10 miles and some 10k's, but never completed a 13.1mi, so I was needing to train a little bit. Several weeks and more than 250 miles accumulated in 2023 gave me some confidence I would complete it, but as usual, I stablished some additional goal, it should be good to make it in less than 2 hours.
And here we go... perfect day for a run (after a rainy Saturday)... no rain, 50F and a lot of support from friends and the crowds.
Great experience! Awesome route around Detroit-MI (USA) and Windsor-ON (Canada).
