the connector on my motherboard is kinda out-of-shape, so I have to open my phone and press on it time to time )when the connection gets affected) else the phone won't charge at all ...

Hi. My phone is also not charging fast. Its charges but take 1 hour for 1%. Can you tell from where you bought the part you replaced? Reason for this was my phone got wet in rain then when it started working it now charges slow.

@@uchihabelugathebrokencat5655 I repaired it myself. Bought a kit of precision tool, Dissambled the phone completely and then rebuilt again now working fine.

I have faced three charging issues in a year. One, it will show charging but wont charge even if left for a night, but if i unplug and plug it back it gets charged. Two, will charge very slowly and the device gets very hot. Three, keeps enabling and disabling charger. The mi people in India say this might be of a software problem we can try changing the software but if the issue persists we can do nothing. But i fear that if I update rhe software i might get someother new problem. So can I try what you've done for my issue?
