u got me right before i say yes to a situation that if i do say "yes" i will be stuck for a week doin things im not really found of ; and being lonely ; and feeling exhausted .thank you so soo much for the video!

I agree! It’s so easy to say YES to everything and then you realize how you can’t spend time and energy on things you actually enjoy or that aligns with your goals! It’s a process, but hopefully we can learn to pause for a moment and consider those trade offs before we commit to things! 😍🫶
