It is a sensitive film revolving around Mrs. Vidya Raut who has murdered her boss Mr. Karkhanis near Juhu Beach. She surrenders herself to the police. Advocate Swati Dandavate decides to fight her case but her initial meetings with Mrs. Raut go in vain as she keeps confessing her crime and is ready for the punishment. Swati decides to find out the hidden things and digs into her past. Meanwhile Swati's husband advocate Aditya - public prosecutor in this case, and his elder brother try to convince Swati to drop the case. But standing against her family, Swati decides to dig out truth and defend Mrs. Raut.Will she succeed? Watch the movie.

खूप छान सिनेमा आहे . आदिती देशपांडे यांचा अभिनय उत्तमच आहे . कुठेही कंटाळा आला नाही .धावती चित्रफीत होती . या सिनेमात मांडलेला विषय जनजागृती करण्यासाठी उपयोगी पडू शकतो .

मी प्राथमिक शाळेत असताना सह्याद्री वाहिनीवर दोन वेळेस बघितला पण तेव्हा बालवयामुळे त्यावेळी त्यामागचा अर्थ समजला नाही... आज परत बघितला... खूप छान चित्रपट. धन्यवाद अपलोड केल्याबद्दल... वाईट प्रसंगातून गेलेला माणूस मानसिकरित्या पुन्हा स्वतःला सावरायला खूप हिंमत लागते...👍🌸

Movie highlights male dominance in our society and the name credits in the end has Aditi’s name 3rd on list after Mohan Joshi and Ravindra Mankani even tho the movie is titled ‘Mrs Raut’ and her in main role. What an irony Mr Ahire!

Its not male dominance but based on star popularity and the audience they bring in. I have seen many films where SRK or any actor's name is second to Deepika's that is due to the audience she brings in. Aditi's star rating is definitely lower than senior actors like Mohan Joshi and Ravindra Mankani. Tushar Dalvi is also lower than them hence his name is below (so male dominance does not play here)
