I like his confidence. He just need a lil bit of guidance as to how to answer questions and what questions to dodge or spin around. For sportsmen , every interview is an opportunity to market yourself and make yourself more likable. Regarding the answer he gave about his comparison with the black star players, he could have just said, he has multiple skills that make him unique or more versatile. Many of the players on many European teams are role players and are expected to play a certain way. If they don't abide by the coaches expected style of play, they can get less playtime. So it is not that those players only pass, dribble or attack. They can do multiple things if they have the flexibility.

The guy wasn't just talking. He is a complete midfield player. Dribbling and driving forward, tackling, passing - forward passing and long range. He has it all. Go and watch his highlights. I hope he gets an opportunity in Europe sooner rather than later.

How old or experienced is he more than Partey and Ayew. You don't need raw talent to succeed. Tact, caution, modesty, and a measured disposition are traits needed to play on a team and succeed. I wouldn't employ such a person on my team. At worst/best you can extol your great qualities and not descend down into saying you can play better than most or all those who are there? Then why have you not been signed to play their positions in their clubs, if you are better? And why have you not been given a call-up if you are better? He is simply immature. His handlers should help him with how to speak publicly. Media relations and publicity is not a gimmick.
