In 2009 we won U-20, remember the hockey pitch and hosting a successful African Hockey Tournament? Bukom Boxing Arena, CapeCoast Stadium? Sports was not perfect but to describe his tenure as the worst is pure hatred! In any case, what better records are you comparing it to?
