When are you going to correct Pt 1? Do a search for David Rohl's work. It falsifies considerable amounts of this video. For all the bluster and elephant hurling, you haven't done due diligence; this isn't an objective historical video at all, but I am not surprised that so many are convinced by it. You can't do a subject like this justice in under 10 minutes, and there's *plenty * of evidence for the Exodus if you know what to look for.

@@logofreetv TOTALLY WRONG, you are very uneducated! I'm reading the last book DM Murdock (aka Acharaya S) wrote DID MOSES EXIST, THE MYTH OF THE ISRAELITE LAWGIVER.There NEVER was ANY Exodus!!! Acharya has zillions of documents, bibliography, documents, books, footnotes etc etc...I have read all her other books like THE CHRIST CONSPIRACY Its ALL Myth, ALL religions are PURE myth based on AstroTheology, Mythology and the Adoration of the Sun and the Moon. Peter Joseph, creator of ZEITGEIST got his ideas from DM Murdock. So wake the fuck up

@@artashes Not true. Again, lookup David Rohl's work. You can't spin homes that have a semitic design, and lists of names that are also semitic. Or the naming of Bahr Yussef / "the waterway of Joseph" which would've worked extremely well to maximise Egypt's defence against famine. They are all solid evidence. Never mind Egyptian records of calamities that closely resemble the plagues. And that's barely scratching the surface. 'Holy Koolaid' is as much a historian as I am President. Let him debate Rohl and see how he'd go. btw Zeitgeist is rubbish, anyone can spot that in 5 minutes.

@@logofreetv It's not ONLY the missing 2 million skeletons of the Israelites AND their animals, it's the building and housing foundations, plus artifacts that prove continuous habitation of the Israelites IN Palestine ITSELF. Excavations of layers and designs of housing, excavations of garbage dumps, latrines, skeletons in burial plots, types of tools, weapons and idols, plus the pottery that is peculiar to the Canaanite/Hebrew culture, all validate that the Hebrews were always in Palestine, and show no signs of an intrusion of a different tribe. Here's a leading Rabbi that will explain www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-2001-apr-13-mn-50481-story.html The Exodus legend was formulated to give a defeated people cultural cohesion and national pride of a past glory, however mythological, AND, based on a mythical past liberation, a _future hope_ of a liberation from an oppressive Babylonian captivity. Also the part of the column of smoke on the day and pilar of fire in the night. See they saw things and used this in the books. It is only theory though but I things were done this way.

If you actually read the scriptures, it is written by Moses himself that the trip from Egypt to Canaan would have taken two weeks. Thus, to say they had no sense of direction is inaccurate. @@hansbass8119 I appreciate your comment. You're right in pointing out that my comment was not to prove that the exodus is historical but to simply correct holy koolaid on his understanding on what was being said in the bible when it said they were in the wilderness for 40 years. I believe there is good reason to trust that the Exodus is historical based off of biblical profecies that have come true and the fact that Jesus himself affirmed biblical Exodus. If God really did raise Jesus from the dead (I have good reason to believe that he did) then I can say based off his authority alone that it was historical.

I once saw a brilliant response to an evangelical who said he "literally believed everything in the Bible, because...word of God, bla bla". The response was : so obviously you must be sacrificing rams and oxen on a stone altar in your backyard. Doesn't it disturb the neighbours ? He gave chapter and verse from Leviticus ( I think it was, someone more knowledgeable than me can back me up / correct me), which commanded burnt offerings to the Lord of Hosts. That's what a true literal Bible believer should be doing. I thought it was brilliant. Those are essentially bronze age books describing Bronze Age practices.

@@calvinmanish It's not ONLY the lack of skeletons of the *livestock* and the 2 million skeletons of the Israelites ; it's the strong evidence _AGAINST_ the Israelites EVER being in Egypt. The *Mernepthah Stele* is evidence that the 1st time that the Egyptians encountered _ANY_ Israelites was 1208 BCE, when Pharaoh Mernepthah bragged about vanquishing a hill tribe in central Palestine, who had been attacking his trade caravans to Mesopotamia. The *Amarna Records* were diplomatic correspondence between Egypt's vassal states and it's gov't that they controlled, at the SAME time that the bible _claims_ that the Israelites were supposedly conquering other cities in Palestine ! The engraved financial records unearthed by archeologists reveal that Egypt controlled ALL the cities and exacted tribute ( protection $$ money ) and this completely contradicts the bible stories and timeline. This is not true for everything in ancient history obviously because we have the Bible mention the names of people liking Herod and Nero.

They found an early Hebrew pictograph inscription calling out to God in an ancient turquoise mine in Egypt where slaves would have worked! Egyptian writings even their records were mythological there were no historical or fact-based narratives before Herodusus invented them. Most of the ancient Egyptians writings were myths about their rulers, gods, etc. Even their ledgers and exchanges with other nations contained lots of mythology. For this reason, before 400's BCE Biblical writings are going to have things off about them. Genesis 1 was Moses using a Sumerian myth called Enuma Elish along with some Egyptian mythology to show his God's superiority over the polytheistic gods and to show how the tabernacle was created. In the ancient near east idols and altars go through a 7-day dedication and building process. If you think they didn't use the mythology of the near east google Hezekiah's seal which has been found it has an onk and sun disk on it. patternsofevidence.com/2017/01/12/new-discoveries-indicate-hebrew-was-worlds-oldest-alphabet-part-2/

And Christianity is not a conspiracy theory. The bible is the only book of truth that gives true prophecy that has happened or is happening. Read Matthew 24 and Luke 21, it explains the end times and this year alone look at what has happened in the world as described would happen in those two books in the bible. Not to mention Daniel 9:27 a ruler making a treaty with many for a period of one set of seven (7 years) and what happens in September 2020? Trump the antichrist made this treaty and No one has ever made this treaty before and never will again. Governments they are made for control. This coronavirus pandemic (plandemic) this was made to control. Law and order, power, money, levels of man made authority this is all about control. Well nobody will control me. I’m made with a free choice of eternal life or eternal death. We know that God gives us this free choice because we have the gift of love. Clearly we are not forced to love God because many don’t even believe in God so that in itself is free choice not control. The governments on the other hand, YOU MUST ISOLATE IN OUR LAW ID LOCKDOWN (taking away your freedom and free choice) ELSE WE WILL ARREST YOU AND STEAL YOUR MONEY BY WAY OF CHARGING YOU TO WALK FREELY! It’s these people who believe in this Satanic system that are atheist and backup the cause of slavery. You know what the gospel of Christ is? Is the message we pass to everyone of what Jesus did for us. Jesus died to free us from slavery and the coming destruction on earth by demonic satanic ruling. Jesus died to first pay for our sin as our bodies and souls are unclean for us to stand in heaven or be in Gods presence. So Jesus paid the eternal condemnation in hell payment by dying for us. His blood is that covenant. So once the appointed time comes we will be changed in imperishable bodies with immortal lives and clean virgin bodies so we can be taken out once this destruction comes. Every single prophecy in the bible is true and we have seen it and we are seeing it. If we know that Prophecy has happened as said in the bible like the Daniel 9:27 (and might I add it also says the one who does it what he will be like, boasting arrogantly, exalts himself to be god) can come true then we know this is true and God is true so also there for the bible is true, the word of God. And you can’t use science to argue against God and I’ll tell you why. Every single scientist who studies the creation of everything will say from the source and starting point of existence there is no explanation of how impossibly accurate and extremely fine tuned it was without the existence of a super being, one we know as God. If it was something like approx 50 trillionths of a decimal point up the radiation state would not of formed and if it was 1 down it would of collapsed on itself. God exists. Jesus exists. The bible is true which is the word of God. Now you and everyone knows that. Also should you know. We are out of the birth pains and going into if not already in the labour pains. Meaning our time for rapture is imminent and if you want part of that you need to come to Jesus today!

@@Innertorium i'm just gonna skip all your consiracy bull and before you try and repeat that It isn't a conspiracy my evidence that is a conspiracy is that you claim the corona virus pandemic was planned with absolutely zero evidence with the only reasoning given is they want control. Control for what? Sounds like a cartoon villain that wants power for the sake of power. "Every single scientist who studies the creation of everything will say from the source and starting point of existence there is no explanation of how impossibly accurate and extremely fine tuned it was without the existence of a super being, one we know as God" Bold faced lie. If this were true then the majority of scientists wouldn't be athiests. I'm certain that by scientists you actually meant creationist which are the only group of "scientists" that make the fine tuning argument. There's also some problems with the argument. 1# it assumes that the supernatural fine-tuning of these constants must be due to the Christian God. Proving a creator doesn't equal that that creator is the Christian God, a Muslim could just as easily claim it's Allah, I could easily say it's Flying Spaghetti Monster. It could even be multiple entities that worked together to fine tune the universe. Sky is the limit when assuming an identity of a creator. #2 The universe as we know it could have still arisen due to chance despite the improbability because improbable does not equal impossible. #3 For all we know, there could be sets of values for the universe's physical constants that would permit other forms of life. This also helps problem #2 as this means that the possibility of life would be much more probable. "God exists. Jesus exists. The bible is true which is the word of God. Now you and everyone knows that." You haven't proven the Christian God exists or that Jesus was the son of God. Mohammad was a real person, does that mean he was a prophet of God? Many parts of the bible are false, even just genesis is filled with claims that don't line up with reality. For example the bible claims a global flood happened yet we have cultures that should have been wiped out but weren't. You haven't proved the bible is the word of God or that everyone knows these claims that you made are true, which you can't because the very idea of spreading the word of God contradicts the idea that everyone knows him and that the bible is his word and that Jesus is his son. You don't go around telling people something you know they already know.

In evolutionary biology, abiogenesis, or informally the origin of life (OoL), is the natural process by which life has arisen from non-living matter, such as simple organic compounds. While the details of this process are still unknown, *the prevailing scientific hypothesis is that the transition from non-living to living entities was not a single event, but an evolutionary process of increasing complexity that involved molecular self-replication, self-assembly, autocatalysis, and the emergence of cell membranes.* Although the occurrence of abiogenesis is uncontroversial among scientists, its possible mechanisms are poorly understood. There are several principles and hypotheses for how abiogenesis could have occurred. Spontaneous❎ Popped into existence❎ Uncaused❎ No reason❎ Gradual transition✔ Non-organic to organic compounds✔ Hypotheses for cause and process✔ Natural process✔ Guess it's easier to misrepresent science to feel justified in your faith rather than take a critical look at it.

I come from a family that was very, very loosely Christian when I was a child, that gradually became totally Atheist as I got older. This morning, my mother and I heard something the radio discussing what the Jewish holiday of Passover was. I casually let out a comment of "it never happened", and my Mum was quick to tell me that I was wrong because it was one of the true stories in the Bible with lots of historical evidence. She's atheist, but still believes that there's a lot more truth in the Bible than there really is. And she didn't believe me when I protested that there wasn't any evidence other than the Bible itself. So I went and found this video (I've been following the channel for while) and we listened to it together. It was very enlightening for her! Thank you for teaching me this part of Bible history and then teaching my Mum about it too!

@@theflyingdutchguy9870 Wow! Two years! 😂 I know exactly what you mean. Religious beliefs are deep-set and hard to move on from. In the case of me and my mother here however, it wasn't about lingering religios beliefs but more just total mis-information. Like when people say you need to wash chicken before cooking it. That's not true at, but people learn that at some point and then to be told otherwise is shocking. She had been or that some of the Bible stories were true and that this was one of them. (For anyone curious, please don't wash raw chicken or any other meats. The bacteria is all killed during cooking, and it lives throughout the entire piece of meat rather than just in the surface. If you wash it, all you're doing is spreading the bacteria around and creating a moist environment in which it can proliferate.)

The Egyptians write everything down, including the bad stuff. They would have talked about the plagues and a large army drowning along with the Pharaoh. In fact, the Pharaoh is never named. How convenient. Christians argue that it was because Moses meant to not mention his name as an insult.

@@sovietbot6708 From what I've seen governments of that period in that area twisted history to glorify their leaders. I don't see any evidence of an Exodus anything like what is described in the Bible, but if it had occurred, the Egyptian government would likely have ignored it or twisted it to make themselves look like liberators.

A couple years ago i had a talk with a guy who was convinced the bible was true, and when i challenged him to show evidence of Exodus he literally came at me with "they found chariot wheels in the Red Sea" which was a spoof headline from a joke website that somehow made it into creationist circles as actual evidence. He told me he eventually talked to his preacher who in private conversation confessed to him that the Exodus probably did not happen. I asked the guy "how many times from the pulpit did your preacher rely this information to his congregation?" to which of course the answer was "not once".

How odd it must feel to be in the business promoting integrity and yet.... also claim that some things are just "too true" to share with the masses because they won't understand. Food for thought, this also used to be the excuse concerning why the Bible or Canon was only allowed to be read by the clergy.

The case for the Exodus is even worse: Not only are there zero traces of it having taken place in Egypt, but there are equally zero traces in Canaan/Israel. The first, very faint, signs of a Jewish presence in the Holy Land only date to 1000 BCE. Before that time, the land was clearly occupied by Canaanites. Another factor: Christian apologists love to claim that "Moses" is an Egyptian name. It is not. It is the Greek pronunciation of the Hebrew name, "Moshe." The similarity to Egyptian names is because those, too, are Greek pronunciations. Not ancient Egyptian.
