Still one of my favorites with the Series 2A NADA 109. That was a seriously froze 2.6.

I feel like one of those rubber mallet covers for a regular hammer would work well for this.

Sir... U can get a rubber hammer head for ur air hammer... Very applicable

I got the kit for the air hammer bits made y Mueller kuepps or VIM with the replaceable tips made a 3️⃣pc set brass, vinyl and aluminum for these type of jobs, check em out I know you will love every bit of them as I do.

Get rod bearing caps off so they are individually. Movable together they have 4x the bind

They were mighty stuck. Crankshaft was out at this point.

Great try over all. Did you soak the pistons for 24hrs , or torch them ?

You can buy air hammer hammers that have replaceable brass, nylon or aluminium faces, might make it a bit easier

Why are you unseizing the engine, what are you doing with it?
