MTZ file import is officially supported in China versions of MIUI/HyperOS. This theme is available in MIUI theme store but not in HyperOS theme store. If your device is rooted, you can try installing a modified Theme store to enable import option.

By the way,How did u change the lock screen wallaper without removing miui theme.If i change the wallpaper of lockscreen the mochrome ui clock theme goes away@@TechEyeAndroid
