Speaking when he and other members of the committee paid Governor Sim Fubara a visit, Ogah who lamented the congestion at the facilities notes that the charges brought against most of the inmates who are yet to be tried or convicted cannot be justified. But on a positive note, the committee applauded the Rivers State Government for the low level of crime now being recorded in the state, crediting the achievement to a number of empowerment schemes initiated to provide gainful means of livelihood to youths as a way of discouraging them from crime and other social vices.

I am struggling to comprehend; reconcile the gramatical construction of this man alongside the message he intends to convey. Mr. National Assembly member; you need to get media handlers that can grammatically sanitize you to be fit for purpose. You need to retool your presentation skill so that people can get the message clearly. I am not sure that I; perhaps others understood anything you said here rather than soliciting for funds. You are probably in the league of APC/PDP family lurking around Fubara to secure attention and political relevance. This was case of phsycophancy than genuine representation.
