Thanks for video. I submitted resignation and requested reliving in 30 days. But company forcing me to serve full notice period. What if i inform them about my last working days considering 30 days notice ??

Hi Devarshi Mishra, my boss is fine with the early release but my boss's boss is not helping with the early release and giving random contacts to speak to. Can I tell my boss how I've been professional abt things and giving my best even today, but that the boss's boss doesn't seem to be wanting to help me and that this is my career they are playing with by not releasing me early and that I could miss the opportunity?

Talk to him directly & discuss. Sometimes when you don’t discuss things directly, it creates problems. I believe when you will talk to him directly he will surely understand. Try to connect, convey & convince him for your early release. All d best

First of all you need to convey it to them over email & ask them the same question over email because it happens in some companies that your leave policies apply for the same year only & if you don't consume your all leaves in the same year, you can't ask benefits related with leaves in next year. It depends heavily on company's policy, you need to clarify it with your HR department in writing only. It will give you more clarity. All the best Shubham

I was resigned and served the notice period but HR rejected Resignation before 10 days of compilation of 3 months. Due to deciplinary action against me. After that i got clearance from DAC committee. In this case can i get early reliving from. Got clearance after 13 days. Pl guide

What nonsense it is.No company will allow this. Every boss knows that we are going to be in a new job very soon, that is my requirement not my bosses. Boss will show only arrogance this time, not any sympathy. There are chances of finding backup very late to not to relieve us before 90 days.it is happened in one of the giant IT company in Chennai in my case.what you are explaining does not contain any meaning or logic.

Dear Aruva, Thanks for your honest feedback. Upto a great extent you are correct that it is difficult .I just want to tell you that there is a “ Notice period buy out option “ which you can use to get early exit from the company. Many bosses & even management release you early if you use this option & on the other hand your personal terms with the company matters too. Exceptions are always there. You mentioned about IT giant company, i am talking about industry as a whole. If you still don’t find any logic dear, i will try to improve my content.If you will focus on the bigger picture there are many good bosses & companies who actually help their employees by releasing them early for their career growth
