Hello, what ideas and suggestions do you have regarding the topic of Slow Play, especially from the perspective of the tournament organizer? I encountered this issue in my recent tournaments and am wondering how to address and sanction it for the future tournaments.

Is there a reason why Azog would strike at the Palanquin instead of just striking at the Emperor (who he wounds on a 3+)? Yes, there might spawn a bunch of Black Dragons once the Emperor goes down, but Azog's not worried about that . . .
