His trunk and shoulders rotate backwards, and then snap forwards, with his arms and hands lagging behind, flinging the racquet face through the ball. Totally relaxed. Right in the sweet spot. One of the best, if the not the very best, backhands of all time.

I've been using Lumafusion for a while. Great app, and well worth the price tag. Although if you're just doing relatively simple editing, I'm sure the stock photos app or iMovie would suffice. For anything really serious though, I have Final Cut Pro for my computer. If you want the absolute best quality for video shooting, consider Filmic Pro (although I often just use the stock camera app for these tennis videos as its fast and easy).
