Garuda is probably the most underrated warframe currently imo. She has so much dps potential and is nigh unkillable with the right build but people sleep on her cause Mesa, Saryn and Octavia exists.

As a Garuda main I gotta say that the best thing you can do for Garuda is to use Molt Reconstruct. It completely replaces her 2 and allows for an infinite energy setup on any build that doesn't have another form of healing.

@grimke4036 Molt Reconstruct unlocks Garuda's full potential by giving her the best form of self healing. So aside from CC you wont need gloom at all

@@grimke4036 if you use gloom and you are not saryn, you literally gimp yourself and annoy your party in any way possible. it's a noob trap. Molt reconstruct is completely busted on garuda, fully replenishing health, restoring shield gate and dealing absurd damage ALL with a single button press, while synergizing perfectly with her 3, allowing you to double tap into 4 to have infinite amounts of sustain, energy and even invulnerability.

@@halfeimazuris6419I'd recommend using Molt Reconstruct on Garuda so you can use some actually good abilities on the helminth slot instead of Gloom. I'm personally using Nourish on her as well, it makes all of her attacks prime enemies, deal more dmg and deal more dmg. Pretty perfect for a slash-based frame I'd say.

Garuda is one of the Warframe that have so much potential with the Duviri Decrees. With the combo Double Damage to Status Effects + 50% Chance to propagate a status effect + increase damage per target affected by status effect, you can decimate a horde of enemies quickly, even at very high level. But even without that, she is really solid.

Garuda was literally room clearing all the way to level cap because its slash damage and So long as an enemy is within the circle that pops up when you use your 4, THEY GET HIT. So after you get a bunch of nasty decrees (mainly Double Status And Close Contagion) garuda will insta kill everything with slash procs all the way to level cap and be completely unkillable while doing so due to Invulnerability frames. I’ve gotten all 10 tiers in circuit in one go by carrying with garuda lol

If you bullet jumped to the ceiling and looked down at the map , garuda covers the entire map, or if you bullet jump on the side of the map, it covers the whole map. Plus you never had to touch the ground while doing it because if you spam her 4th it keeps you suspended mid air and you can fly across the map doing it. Garuda is Blood God

Garuda's melee passive makes me wish that was standard for exalted weapons, like, a deactivated version of how they work compared to when they're used through ultimate abilities. I thought they would've done something like that for Kullervo, considering the guy is *literally covered in knives.*

Nah. Garuda'a Talons are pretty "tame" in comparison to other exalted weapons. Excalibur blade is a slash gun projectile with massive status possibility, Mesa's guns are already busted, and Ivara's Artemis Bow is shotgun bow on steroids (mechanically, not in damage. No one cares about Artemis...) And Kullervo? Yeah... Nah. Dude already have a fifteen knives in him and uses them in more creative ways than most emo. Making him an exalted weapon would make him use only that or anything else so I'm happy he have what he have. Look at Mesa. No one care about weapons on her because her 4 exist (it's shame for a "Gunslinger" Warframe to be honest)

I do think we gotta remember smth that Triburos likes to say as well. Just because smth is worse than smth else, doesn't mean it's worthless. Sure, you got the meta knights who will solely use the utter most efficient weapons and frames and that's fine. But many, me included, tend to find that very boring and would prefer a hit in efficiency if that means a more fun playing experience

I remember those horrible bugs from someone who mainly use her for 4+ years straight (very close to 5). Her Seeking Talons not procing slash bug from the RRR update really hurt her performance and made me only use her in lower levels until it got fixed. Nowadays with Molt Augmented, and Molt Reconstruct, she can have very flexible options for every playstyle without her Blood Altar, although Molt Augmented let her reach Gloom’s max slow without as much strength required without it because the Arcane would do the job for you passively and permanently. But for players who don’t use Gloom, Molt Reconstruct let them use subsumes like Breach Surge, damage buffing abilities (nourish being a juicy option even though multiplicative ones stack independently), Wrathful Advance (fun one for her Talons), Expedite Suffering, and maybe Thermal Sunder for some. Being playing her since release and always kept a special spot in my heart for her🥰, also efficiency affects Bloodletting so Blind Rage isn’t ideal on her outside of Nourish

Got Garuda Prime by accident while farming for other Primes and only just got a chance to use her, and honestly? This is the first time I've ever truly enjoyed a melee build. I think theres some missed potential with her Augments but shes still amazing.

a list of things worth to mention too: -Molt Reconstruct counters her drain on 3, as long as u don't increase your health, ofc, so u can use any skill for free (personally I do the shield gate on her, so keeping my health up just to keep energy up too) -the thing about her 4 working with Nourish is problably due to it having projectiles, and any universal dmg buffs work on warframes projectiles (like in Styanax's 4), not only Nourish, so other great mentions: - Arcane Avenger - Vigorous Swap (and similar swap bonuses problably too, like Chroma's Toxin Ward and Holster aura) - Arcane Arachne (this I haven't tested myself, but it is also an universal dmg buff, so it should work, as it works on Sty's 4) -almost forgot, but hold-casting 1 or 4 while in midair will pretty much always give u hard landings if u don't slide on time, so farming and slotting the "Kavat's Grace" mod is advisable to anyone who don't want to always bother sliding always after casting her skills in midair.

Been maining her for a while now, used to be a Valkyr main but once Molt Reconstruct arrived and Grendel rework happened, Garuda became pretty much perfect for me. One of the most fun and fluid kits in the game imo, with insane dps on top of it. As an extra bonus she's pretty as well.

When I came back to Warframe after 5 years, my friend linked me the Overframe tier list and I saw that Garuda was C-Tier so I ignored her. It was only after lucking into a full Garuda Prime set when farming Void Traces that I thought I'd have a look around at other tier lists and builds to see if I could make her work. It was then I was surprised to discover many lists considering her A-tier. (yes perhaps it serves me right for taking tier lists seriously, but I had just come back so I wanted the guidance) I've been playing pretty much exclusively Garuda for the past month now. Her Augment mods are all incredible, she can work without either Arcane Energise or Prime Sure Footed (which is so important to me atm as I have neither) and she is so much fun to pilot with the constant 3, 4 and 1 usage. Do not sleep on this frame like I did xD

ran a survival mission yesterday with garuda p, everyone else had primes too and we were all roughly the same mastery rank. despite 3 of us getting 3-400 kills, I did 90% of the damage mostly due to her talons. depending on your setup/ mission she has some impressive potential especially in the mid game where you start to really level up mods/ hunt arcanes. i particularly like Molt Reconstruct because at max level it heals allies 6 hp per energy of the initial cost of abilities, with garuda being built to constantly cycle abilities and have infinite energy, it helps make her an incredible team player.

As Bleed proc become extremely powerful so Garuda too, her kit can easily decimate high level steel path mission with proper build.

I love playing Garuda. Her abilities work so well together and you can build and maintain momentum in a way that it just feels great to play her. Sacrifice health for energy and passive, turn enemy into health fountain, get your shield, soften up enemies with her ultimate and finish em off with the blood ball.

The reason why Nourish works on Seeking Talons is because Nourish works on any IPS damage projectile (afaik). Iirc it even works on Ember's fireball because the stagger is a 0 damage impact proc. Idk why it's coded like that but it explains a lot of interactions warframes have with Nourish lol

One thing I just learned today is put the mod quick thinking on her. Blood letting twice and she’s invincible until she runs out of energy. Seeing as bloodletting gives her energy for health its infinite while gloom or something is active

I've been having fun with using her Dread Mirror - Gloom (replacing Blood Altar) - Bloodletting You don't have to worry about her taking much if any damage because of Dread Mirror, Gloom heals whatever damage Bloodletting sapped for energy, the energy is fed into Gloom, and you just have this constant cycle of Dread Mirror, Bloodletting with Gloom up, and I've been running her with her Nagantaka because I have a riven for it and it just chunks Steel Path enemies down.

I will always LOVE my Gloomruda more than any other setup. Gloom on Garuda instead of her 2 will forever be my go to setup in high end content as the loop is just so fun and ultra survivable.. Well up until Eximus were added but it wasn't a huge issue to mark them as priority My build could be better but I don't mind negative energy efficiency with my (if I remember correctly) 300% (or at least close to) ability strength

Around 14:30, I have to correct you that Nourish Styanax for RJ spamming is wrong. You really want dispensary on any frame (or use Protea) along with Equilibrium and Synth Fiber. You can summon Dispensary twice due to tactical abilities also, and this turns out to be way more energy gain than anything else. Also, Thermal Sunder Garuda is insanely good for nuking and ESO, definitely worth a mention.

I did mention Styanax being *preferred* but dispensary is nice as well, I personally don't care much about which energy source to use since all of them are good anyways.

The thermal sunder nuke is similar to harrow tho, different feelings, same-ish result. Would highly recommend asking for a rhino in your team since thermal sunder with high roar% is absolutely bonkers. You wont disappoint if you want your garuda thermal eso nuke to reach a whole new level of broken. *If you care to hear me explain:* assume that you know how thermal works, normal thermal is nah without being able to spam it massively like garuda or harrow, or you just bump the scaling so much like rhino, since...he is the roar. if you build strength, assume that you have 200str, thermal heat does a base 1800dmg, technically should be a 3600 7200 14400, if you clap the 2nd 3rd and 4th time, and with 8 total heat ticks in the burning, but now lets say a rhino with a roar of 150% is involved, roar will instead make thermal deal 4500dmg at base, and roar will dip the thermal scaling, making it 2x + roar%, aka a 3.5x multiplier, which thermal now deal 4500 15750 55125 192938 at 1st 2nd 3rd 4th time clapping, and with the dmg goes up, heat ticks now deal better dmg, and with roar, you have the dot scaling bumped up by a final 2.5x. a 150% roar makes thermal's measly 14k dmg into 192k by existing at 4th clap, and this is only direct hit, even a 100% is still 97k, and I don't even count the dot yet... (should be a 125% direct dmg per tick, since 50% x 250% with roar) even wave 14+ eso should not be able to stop you, not even SP itself. (And lets not talk about the possible synergies can be done in duviri. Once tried with thermal rhino, you 3 clap level 2.5k enemies, eximus without overguard in 4 claps and the insane decree synergy of double dipping the thermal scaling again, making it 12.25x instead of 3.5x with torment twofold. Snagging kills from octavia feels good, and you cam hold onto defense and exca with no problem since stomp have a 47.5m radius cc now.)

I gave my Garuda Prime 5 crimson archon shards; her melee crit multiplier is over 7x . My biggest problem is finding enemies thick enough to gain combo on. XD

One thing that I hate that DE hasn't gone around and fix is the fact that u lose the prime detail of ur first ability if ur running a tennogen skin with prime details on which is bizarre since a lot of other frames maintain their ability prime details on when ur running tennogen with prime details on. This is somyhing tjat also affects octavia, ur roller gets the default design rather than the prime one

Garuda main here, got her from a Twitch Prime drop YEARS ago (Around 2018 / 2019) and I've loved her ever since. I mained her until I got to the hard stuff past the star chart and got distracted by other frames. I feel Garuda has always been in a good place though, she's never been bad but people sleep on her because there's better choices for specific things. She basically has infinite health, infinite energy and infinite slash damage. Just slap some great weapons on her, and she's probably the easiest frame besides Rhino for an average player.

I'm pretty new but garuda is def my favorite frame by far. Only issue is she has a bug on her 4/talons where if you spam it you get stuck in a state where you cant sprint or jump/bullet jump and it's aids.

Garuda is my fav. I fell in love with her first time I saw warframe. Back then however, there was no prime. Fast forward to now, I still love my blood mommy, but... I just wished her 4th was stronger as the 1st doesmt suit my playstyle. But. She looks awesome and her prime looks badass. I equip Molt reconstruct to her that just flat out replaced her 2nd. So I just spam 3 and 4 and call it a day. I did however find her claws to just be... op. Even for a MR8 noob, it was obvious it was strong. Now however I'm struggling to build a steel path viable Garuda (I legit just subsumed Grendel). Lowkey. It was all to funny to watch her just... break the game. But thanks for this vid on my fav warframe. Edit. I found out she can fly. Just hold right click and spam the 4th while in air and she's a Apache Helicopter.
