Aloo Snacks Recipe | Fried Potato Snacks Recipes | Easy Fried Snacks Recipe | N'Oven
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 Cup Flour
½ Tspn Salt
1 Tbsp Oil
Mix Well
1/3 Cup Water (Mix Gradually)
Make Dough
Keep For 15 Min.
2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
3 Tbsp Carrot
2 Tbsp Onion
1 Green Chilli
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
½ Tspn Chilli Powder
¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
½ Tspn Salt
½ Tspn Chat Masala
Mix Well
Take Some Dough
Roll
Spread Potato Mixture
Roll
Cut Into Pieces
Flour Slurry :
¼ Cup Flour
½ Cup Water
Mix Well
Dip In Flour Slurry
Fry In Medium Heated Oil
Fry For 5-7 Min. In Low Flame
