1 POTATO! They're so delicious that I make them for dinner every weekend. No oven
Ingredients and recipe:
1 potato (200g)
Dice the potato
Place in a pot
Water
Cook for 15 minutes on medium-high heat
Drain the water
Mash the potatoes
1 onion
Slice the onion
50g carrot
Shred the carrot
Medium heat
Olive oil
Cook for 2 minutes
Add the carrot
Cook for 3-5 minutes
Add to the mashed potato
Mix well
1 egg
2tbsp flour
30g parmesan cheese
10g parsley
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
Mix well
A bit of oil
Scoop some potato and shape it into a ball
Coat in bread crumbs
Medium heat
Vegetable oil
Place the patties in the pan
Fry for 3-5 minutes
300g cucumber
Thinly slice the cucumber
1tsp salt
Let sit for at least 10 minutes
Flip over and fry for another 3 minutes
Done!
2tbsp sour cream and 1tbsp mayonnaise
8g dill and 2 cloves of garlic
Mix well
After 10 minutes
Squeeze out the exceed liquid
1tbsp soy sauce
1/2tsp rice vinegar
1/2tsp white sugar
1/2tsp sesame oil
A pinch of salt
Mix well
Dice some ginger
1tsp ginger
1tbsp white sesame seeds
Roast for 3-5 minutes on low heat
Add to the cucumbers
Mix well
So crispy and delicious!
Super delicious with the sauce and cucumber salad!

Yes, they're as delicious as they can be fattening. In Mexico, we have them for lunch with a salad and sometimes beans. It's a nice childhood memory! You can make these in so many different ways. I love to try different peoples recipes. I like to make them with green minced onions ,minced jalapeño and shrimp. Of course garlic.. can’t miss that. It’s always good when you make them in the winter season. Remember potato patties recipes and flavors will change according to what you are accustomed to. 😋

I do the same thing only I grate zucchini, then add egg and breadcrumbs pattern together and fry them in a pan either with oil or without how I got my kids to eat zucchini when they were young I love it

Sister Helly,l use to steam the potatoes, spinach etc 😋 😊, it means that l take a pot and put the pieces of the vegetable ,for example potato ,egg- plant ,or bitter -gourd in the pot,with very little amount of water ,and when the water comes to the boil,l use to lower the flame ,and let the vegetables simmer,on low heat ,until it is cooked,and if some water is left ,l evaporate it ,by increasing the size of the flame of the burner.We mainly cook with the help of gas stoves,but electric stoves facility is also there ,as sometimes the gas pressure is too low to cook the food,in our country .So when the water is totally evaporated ,we do the rest of the procedure of the dish which we are cooking ,but if we throw the excess water in which the veggies are boiled ,as you did here ,l am sorry to say that Sis',a lot of nutrients and vitamins, dissolved in the cooked water ,also goes into the drain,which is not required.Plus recently l also stopped peeling the veggies, as a lot of vitamins are in them and close to them,so why should we throw them?.We just have to wash them properly before cutting them ,for cooking purposes, or if we are using them for 🥗 salads etc etc .For steaming of certain veggies , no addition of water is required as they already have a lot of water ,as for example the leafy vegetables as spinach, and that's why ,we cook them on high heat ,with big flame of the gas burner ,by constantly stirring it ,l evaporate the entire water ,and then cook it.The recipe is nice ,l think l will try it .A lot of prayers for the video makers from Raawulpindee, Northern Province of Punjaab, lslaamic Republic of Paakistaan, South Asia 🌏 😊.

My dad being Polish we often had Polish Pancakes. Grated potatoes, carrots, onions and a beaten egg. Very similar to yours and equally delicious. I am going back to a memory when I was about 10 years old, just a mere 70 years ago.!
