This week on the Thursday Market Update Justin Collopy visited Dalton Shirley and Megan Redlin the owners of Novios Café & Wine located at 120 Elton Hills Drive NW Rochester, MN 55901 located next door to Gallery 24 and Bull’s Bierhaus in the Elton Hills Shopping Center.
Opened in March 2024, Novios Café is an independent and locally-owned coffee shop + wine café. They roast coffee in-house & serve classic breakfasts & lunches by day. In the evenings, they feature fine wines, craft beers, and shareable plates.
