Ingredients:
270ml (9.1 oz) lukewarm water
10ml (0.34 oz) oil
6g (0.21 oz) dry yeast
9g (0.31 oz) salt
50g (1.76 oz) whole wheat flour (if you don't have any, use plain flour)
400g (14.1 oz) wheat flour
Knead and set aside in a warm place for 60-90 minutes
Form
Leave in a warm place for 40 - 60 minutes
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 250°C (482°F)
Bake for about 30 minutes at 210°C (400°F) (remove the pot with water after 15 minutes)
Mold with internal dimensions 21x11.5x7.5cm (8.3x4.5x2.9")
