I’m laughing because we are in a massive heat wave we’re I live and you both are wearing down parkas. Love your videos. Quick and long ones.

Its the golden principle if you take any sport to a high level being in tune with your recovery time often saying no im having a rest ...is the best improvment you can make.

Something to definitely consider, especially in my situation right now I'm actually regressing. Every swimming session is harder and I'm losing endurance. My muscles are sore too. Could it be that I'm overtraining?

I would suggest taking 4 to 5 days rest dont swim Then Start back into your sessions with only 70 percent effort do this for 2 weeks then over the next month add a little intensity with sessions Try it. ..quality session is what we need .listen to your body and it will tell you ...

I can push myself in the swim if I don't do weights or sprints in the gym, but you always need to measure how much your body can take before losing form and endurance. Food intake makes a big difference , but that too has limits people do not realize is more damaging to your health if you aren't careful.
