26:26 - fun fact: that's actually a complete ship. Ships don't actually fight between AIs (they use what is effectively the auto-resolve every time), and also, that particular ship I've seen before, it's unfinished look has always stuck in my mind.

I always love these games where you build ships and have large armadas fight eachother.

i haven't watched any airships content are the enemies supposed to bounce around like that if not then i love how the "diplomacy" is like someone coming out of nowhere and shooting you with a minigun that fire ping pong balls making them duck and weave going "what the hell?!?!?!"

A cool thing i would like to see you do would be make some "unique" special expensive ships to the nation like a narcissistic leader in time to time on your campaign to show off and add some personal challenge during the run to evade from simple spam to time to time lol

Shell armor is really powerful. It's useful to get ships that easily out height dangerous threats such as MechaSquids, and engage things like the Moon Disk easier. It also makes ships that normally are too heavy fly at a decent height.

You always find the most interesting games! And they're all the type that i like

HOLY HELLSTORM ROCKET BATTERY! Glad to see the long awaited video on Airships since the update came out. It certainly adds to the game since your not in a constant state of TOTAL WAR. You can finally sit back, relax and PLOT WORLD DOMINATION! or be Diplomatic and gather allies, trade, research deals. One nice addition was the "local defense budget" so building defenses is at least "free" ish beyond the initial cost as long as its not over the limits of the city. Plus LOOK AT ALL THE NEW WEAPONS! Truely you can never have enough DAKKA. Also "wasp killer marines" HELLO STEAMPUNK SPACE MARINES!

I had a joke about how if war is just failed diplomacy then diplomacy is failed war but I can't remember the punch line mainly because of how long the diplomacy took.

Hell yeah always nice to see another playthrough of Airships: Conquer The Skies with a sprinkle of fresh diplomacy, remembrrmfolks there ain't nothing wrong with resortings to good ol' gunboat (airboat?) diplomancy to show them civilians that were the good guys

This game really reminded me of like a more fleshed out version of the civilization stage of spore but I knew it was missing deplomacy, now the game perfect

Fun Fact: Shell Armor on a landship makes said landship very bouncy thanks to the lift the armor provides. If you want to watch a tank get some serious air on a hill, this stuff lets' you do it.
