Yeah I have the luxury of editing and over 7 years of therapy on my side for covering most of It up! Also helps It's a 'block stammer' as an old therapist called It, less repetition and more just long pauses between starts of words and the body of the word. e.g. T - (blocked pause) - omatoes. Rather than T-T-T-omatos. This is normally with a visual tick which obviously pretty easy to hide without facecam haha! I also do a lot of word avoidance/substitution as some words are FAR more difficult for me than others, tomatoes being weirdly one of those examples haha! Finally I do tend to be better talking on the mic than to real people/on the phone, pressure to respond fast enough is a big factor.

@@Lathland that makes sense, I’ve never met someone with a block stammer, only people with a repetitive stutter in my group speech therapy (as for me, I have problems saying sh, ch, th, r, and s), but the strategies to mitigate it seem pretty similar. Also just wanted to say I enjoy your content and I hope your speech therapy is going well (if you’re still doing it).
