Lucy is an absolute powerhouse of a singer yet she has an incredible ability to soften the lyrics and reduce the power, where others would still be going full throttle, making her covers so different and more beautiful. ❤

Lucy already has reached fame !!! The best singer I have ever heard anywhere anytime !!!! She got my attention on the first song I ever heard her sing, Hallelujah, and yes finally a singer that can SING and not just scream !!!

Lucy has a remarkable range for her QUALITY singing !!! her voice has the richness, and depth, the quality, from low and soft to high and loud ...BUT she sings those high notes, not scream them like so many other "name" singers do !!! Lucy as bested the bests with her covers and the BEST singer I have ever heard in my long life !! This song was sung when she was 15 she is now 18 and her voice has matured even more !!! And she has a sister 5 years younger that also sings and sings great for her young age, and she is maturing her voice as well !!! You go young ladies !!!

What makes an actor or singer great is that they are able to embody and own the character. And they have to do this by feeling all the necessary emotions and expressing the necessary gestures of the character as required in the script or song. Otherwise, they have failed in their duty as a performer. Lucy is a great singer and great performer. People like Lucy receive awards because they embody the character when they perform.

Every song this woman sings is beautiful. Such a wide range in her vocals. I simply can't believe she isn't more well known. Singing is vibration and that affects our vibration and moves us emotionally.

She has the finest voice I have ever heard. And I have heard a lot of fine voices. She is absolutely incredible. The first song I heard her sing was Desperado and I was absolutely astounded. Her cover of this song Somewhere is sheer perfection. She is ASTOUNDINGLY talented.

This video was done when she was 16. Now , she is 18. About live performance, Lucy is very involved in a forthcoming musical:Rosie. ( The covid delayed the premiere but hopefully it will be in 2022.) In her channel, you will find 3 original songs from this musical: Starlight Suddenly Gentle breeze It is the closest thing to live , she can propose right now. She will be the hero of the musical ( based on the life of Rosie Boote). Lately her channel got 70 millions views.👍 Her cover of Hallelujah got 20 millions views in 18 months.👍 Listen to : the prayer ( duet with her sister , aged 12) from few days ago. You will love , no doubt👍👍👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰🤗🤗🤗🤗 I forgot, at age 13 , Lucy was semi finalist at the UK voice kids. You can find some videos in the web. She was very young, and already very good ( I cannot explain why she did not win). Her latest videos are soul inspiring songs: O holy night ( duet with her sister) Wind beneath my wings ( Bette Middler song) Footprints in the sand ( Leona Lewis) The prayer ( duet of Andrea Bocelli and Celine Dion). Any of these covers is awesome

@@wilburfinnigan2142 when I discovered Lucy in 2020, I looked for all her videos. Color of the wind was one of them. At the time I, also, found one or two family videos when she was even younger, and sang at some family events.( The videos are now private and cannot be found anymore). Lucy is really, really, special🥰👍

@@anthonyl.6879 Yes i found Colors of the Wind also and an early song Take My Breath Away, with James and his guitar and Lucy looked to be 13, maybe 14 and it was done outside, not very good recording quality but Robbie Dunbar did a cleanup and got rid of wind noise and it helped the quality of the singing also.

Watch/listen to any of her recent songs, and her last album, Timeless and see an improved, matured Lucy !!! ALL are outstanding and her little sister sings also who is 5 years younger and will blow your socks off for a 11 or 12 year old. Last just released duet The Climb is great !!!! 12 and 18 years old !!!

As of 2023 Lucy outsings anyone anywhere !! THE best singer I have ever heard, in studio or out doors. BUT you have to remember these songs were recorded or her CD's and you do those in a studio. and ONLY Lucy knows whats she wants and how to get it !!!

I have to update my comment. I did find a video of Lucy singing live for some fund raising concert. It is more than 2 years old, and the quality of the sound recording is not optimal, but she was very good. Yes I saw that also, as she sang with a bellowing bull who drowned her out on top of the poor sound, and I hope she learned a lesson to NOT sing a duet with some guy that will drown her out !!! Josh Groban is great for that, he likes to get young pretty girls to decorate his stage and then bellows over them. It is NOT to the girls best interest to try to sing a duet with a powerful man as the girl will be buried. I also found another one she sang on stage live for a charity event, She use to be mine, so she does some live. I find that these live performances the sound quality is bad usually trying to record off the PA system and too much noise and not enough volume. IF the recording is set up correctly you can get good sound on a live performance but it usually does not happen !! ! I noticed when she dueted with the guy on the prayer after he started bellowing Lucy ramped up her volume but she looked a little surprised, shocked as they had not praticed, just jumped in cold turkey. I hope she learned her lesson and does NOT do that again !! ! It does her no good !!

Your reaction is great but the thumbnail for this video needs to be changed. It looks like she has a scar on her face when someone posts it. Please fix that. Just try a different one and do a test post to see how it looks.

I find it "interesting" these reactor first hear Lucy and or Lucy and Martha, and rave about the singing and you don't see any more, but they will react to all the other crap that is passed of as "modern music or entertainment" that is nothing more than an assault on your ears !!!
