You can't just open the bay doors and throw the cars out, and unhooking them would be dangerous, especially is the plane pitch, yaws or rolls. And plus if you think to say that "Oh it's no biggy the military airdrops their Humvees so there's no problem." Well think again, they're not Humvees, they're cars, of different brands, with different weights, do you think airport regulations just load them and call it a day? No, they're loaded and arranged in a specific order so the weight on evenly distributed. So if you just throw them out, you'll shift the weight and throw the plane off balance meaning it's front would be heavier, causing the plane to lean foward and cause stalling. Plus these guys don't got safety equipment to push these cars out the plane, they'll be sucked out first before the car.

But that takes minutes if not hour to unload with just few people

Technicaly speaking An-225 was built by the collaborate effort of several factories throughout USSR territory with Russian-led designers so it can only be considered Ukrainian because it got dibs on it after the collapse. Besides I'm pretty sure the plane in this movie is not the same as IRL, the design is inspired but in-universe "Antonov-500" always belong to Russia (or at least personally to Karpov)
