భయ్యా హౌస్ ఓనర్స్ కి ఉండే రైట్స్ ఏంటో కొంచెం చెప్పండి భయ్యా. నేను కూడా ఒక హౌస్ ఓనర్ నే. కానీ టెనెన్స్ ఇల్లు సరిగ్గా క్లీన్ గ ఉంచుకోరు...రెంట్ లేట్ గ ఇస్తారు. సంప్ లోకి వాటర్ ఫుల్ ఐన తర్వాత దాన్ని ఆపుచెయ్యరు అందువల్ల వాటర్ బిల్ ఆధార్ లింక్ చేసిన కూడా బిల్ ఎక్కువగా వస్తుంది లిమిట్ దాటిపోవడం వల్ల. అడ్వాన్స్ 2 నెలలు ఇవ్వమంటే స్టార్టింగ్ లో 1 నెల ఏ ఇచ్చారు. వాళ్ళు గ్రౌడ్ ఫ్లోర్ లో ఉండడం వల్ల కింద మొత్తం వాల్ల రెస్పాన్సిబిలిటీ నే కదా. కరెంటు బిల్...వాటర్ బిల్...లెటర్స్ ఏమైనా వస్తే అలాగే వదిలేస్తారు. ఓనర్స్ కి అలాగే రెంటర్లు కి ఎం హక్కులు ఉంటాయో కోచెమ్ చెప్పండి

Question 1: Under Section 80C, SSY, PPF, NPS, ELSS Funds, Equity MFs, Senior Citizens Savings Scheme, Principle paying in Home Loan, EPF, Term Insurance. We have many options under Section 80C. Tax Deduction Rs 1,50,000 per Annum (Maximum) Can we choose any one option that comes under Section 80C or multiple options required to avail the benefits of Section80C Tax Saving?

Term. Insurance also falss u Der 80c only. NPS returns are subject to tax as per the prevailing tax rates at the time of retirement. It may change
