There is a big social stigma around Rheumatoid Arthritis in South Asian communities. Research suggests South Asian people with RA are often forced to hide their condition due to society beliefs, misconceptions etc. Combined with language barriers, this can have a severe impact on their ability to receive accurate info and live a healthy life.

I am taking benepali since December 2021, but my knee is still swallow and painful. Please could you tell me how long will take to work the benepali? Thank you.

I also suffer from psoriatic arthritis, and I am taking methotrexate and later biomedical medication like cimzia, enbrel, but now I have some neurological problems in my brain so that's why the doctors kept me on hold. The doctor said the neurological problem isn't too severe, so can I continue with the biomedical treatment again?

Methotrexate was a nightmare for me, biologics and JAK-Inhibitors didn't work either, so now, after 18 months of a seronegative RA flare, I have no options left.

Hello my name is Eden Aquino from the Philippines. I also suffer so much RA my arms, thighs, legs & feet. Tried to eat Veges & fruits as always recommended here internet listening to different opinions of doctors all around the world but until now no change in me. Am still suffering the pain following all the instructions of my doctors prescriptions. By the way my RA started last year just a year ago. Please Help me & send some advice to minimize my pain. Hi my wife is RA patient since last 4 year after pregnancy. Now she is 34.already take ayurvedic medicine 1 year but nothing improve. So can she go with alopathic medicines long time. And pls suggest for diet with alopathic medicines it's really helpful ??? Pls help and reply now she is very depress

Yes Dmards are effective but do have toxicity too... blood, liver & kidney regular monitoring is essential...but they are really effective if taken under Doctor guidance

Can you video on the VSH, CRP and and all those technical terms and what they mean by the numbers and % of those. They are confusing for some patients to understand and cause worries.
