Love the breakdown as always boys, but respectfully, the no-call on TMM was the howler of the year. It's little wonder that Warriors fans feel their team gets dudded more than anyone else in the comp. If that were the Storm they were playing, Salmon gets sent off immediately, and they kick the penalty for the win.

Disappointing take on the TMM hit boys. Graham Annesley has called out the Bunker for an “unacceptable” missed penalty that cost the Warriors a shot at goal that would have put them in front in the final few minutes of the game. He also said that the Bunker didn't look to see if the hit was late, they only looked to see if it was high. This was a BLATANT penalty, at a critical moment in a game, where the Warriors were playing for their season. Pretty much out of the top 8 now. It's BS.

Annesley has called out the bunker for "unacceptable" calls against Warriors multiple times. I said in 2002 "Warriors will never win a comp until refereeing is called by robots, only then will they get a fair chance.

For me, many question the integrity of adjudicating and officiating due to the inconsistent rulings during the match and post-match review. I feel gutted for the Warriors as they applied pressure and for me, Salmon's late tackle was a result of fatigue under pressure and they got "nada". The talk today doesn't resonate with the many previous talks about consistency with calls that is for refs and TMO of "getting this shit right".

If the Warriors didn't get the bullshit penalty at halftime for 2 points, the Salmon thing would've not been for a win, it would've been for golden point. If the refs got both calls right, it would've been golden point. Well, IT WAS GOLDEN POINT. And then you had your chances to win, and you didn't. Ignore the 2 points you shouldn't've got, complain about not getting more later. That's BS. The two calls cancel each other out.

Te Maire Martin was taking late 3 times - 18th minute by Salmon (penalty awarded), 74th minute Salmon Late after the pass head clash (no penalty) , 75th Minute Kikau cleans him out after the kick (no penalty)

@@TysonTietie there was 0.12 seconds difference in the play the bAll stats. 3.4s versus 3.28s. Maybe look at the 53 missed tackles by the bulldogs. The 73% completion rate. Only 469 post contact meters versus 758 They had 3-1 advantage in the 6 again as well. Kikau got let off for a crusher as well. If you think the ref was on the warriors side you blinder than a wombat with his head up a kangaroos arse

Slightly late you are cooking mate, it was like a second or 2 late with intent, you can clearly see him wanting to commit to the tackle and it was high again WITH FORCE, and the ball was half way in transit. It is 100% a penalty and a yellow minimum for any other team.

With the players injured the bunker had 2-3 minutes to make the call on the Salmon tackle, which was late and high. The bottom line is they shit their pants when the heat was on - and despite you obviously being a Bulldogs fan you know that to be true. It's ok to admit that sometimes your team got a favourable call you know.

From the time of the No call, there was No points scored!! If the dogs scored befor full time, then you guys would say, we scored anyway 2 points wouldn't of won the game.... but you guys didn't it went to OT when we should of been up 2!! But we still had other Chances to win that game, even if we won would still be blowing up about the NO call, doggies probly had more Chances to win b4 OT tho, with sexton dropping the ball over the line. But like I said that's on them not on a NO CALL. Other then that, it was an awesome game, those back 3 getting injured and the form the doggies are in ended up being to big for us to overcome🔥

Ref put whistle in pocket to let game decide, fair enough, but when bunker reviews and calls it fair play, that's a different story as bunker is there to make correct calls. Reed Mahoney takes off standing side by side with marker for charge down was clearly not straight as well.

If an action happens or doesn't happen, subsequently everything is different... if the penalty is not given at half time every single thing that happens in the game following that will be different. An example is if the penalty isn't given someone watching at home won't leave their chair and grab a beer from the fridge while the kick is being lined up, and the rest of their evening will subsequently look different because of that, even if it's ever so slight.. those kinda arguments you give are such BS.

Dogs of the week for mine: Keano Kini and Mitch Barnett Don't have the numbers in front of me, don't give a fuck. Kini was the smallest bloke on the field and was running smack bang in to the biggest cunts on the field all night. Crucial for the Titans W. Barnett goes without saying. Relentless effort all game. @@Izzy-oo5rm the hit on Te Maire Martin was to the head and right in front of the posts and wasn’t called a penalty. Salmon is up for 2-3 weeks suspension because of it. Def not saying teams that get injuries should always win. In this case the warriors were at the wrong end of a shithouse call. If you watched the game you would know that.

@@hwm2024 I did watch the game and I also saw warriors get away with a lot of things in the first half that wouldve been penalties in other games and then they were gifted 2 points at half time which is NOT a penalty. So its safe to say that the ref wanted to let the game flow and put his whistle away for the whole game. I absolutely love the warriors and theyre my second team but if im not going to fair and turn a blind eye on the refs performance throughout the whole game and focus on just 1 moment at the end I would be a hypocrite!!

@@Izzy-oo5rm there’s a difference between the ref letting the game flow which works both ways, versus a hit on a playmaker which the guy gets 2-3 weeks suspension subsequent to the game and not being called at the time which is a clear penalty. Agree the ref had a great game overall generally, but when there’s an out and out penalty which resulted in Salmon getting banned for a few games it’s a rubbish call (or non-call)

Bunker and the ref no call is why we stop watching NRL, the inconsistency where and when the bunker says a tackle or illegal play is good or not. Ref n Bunker are killing the game, gdt sine stones and make the right call. What are the circumstances where the bunker can award a penalty after multiple plays, is this new? Has happened in the last two Warriors game after the warriors force an error and don't think I've seen it before (other instances on the weekend the player is put on report but play continues). The strange thing as someone who watches both League and Union is that even though the rules are like checkers vs chess the inconsistency in the officiating for League probably makes it harder to follow

@@honeheke1128well origin is only 3 games.. 2 games to get it right. Injuries etc. Nrl is what? 28 games plus finals? Plenty of time for injuries and bad games. Winning origin is definitely harder.. They do say cant win from outside the top 4, cos you gotta play 4 at a higher lvl than normal season. Top 4 can only have one bad game (first round of finals).

Boys are usually on point but have to agree with 90% of comments on here in regards to the TMM hit, clearly late and high. Horo stating that he wouldn't like that to decide a grade final is laughable, it's the laws of the game mate. If you're gonna be consistent with refing these games, it should be a penalty 10 times out of 10 regardless of the situation and game. Love ya work otherwise boys, was at your show in Melbourne, was top notch 👌

@@chrisralm8575 There's no doubt it should've been a penalty, but not to win the game. It cancels out the penalty and two points the Warriors got just on halftime, which was a completely incorrect call. So they should've been kicking to even the scores and go into golden point, which it did. So they evened out. The other point is that refs have always tended to put the whistle away when scores are tied near 80 mins, or in golden point. Not saying that's right, it's just what they've always done, which is what Scope was saying.

While it was clearly the wrong call on field, this is not the only time it’s happened. Every club has a game like this in the season where a ref or bunker call costs them the two points. The warriors aren’t being targeted 😂 this is why squads should try to win comfortably so they’re not leaving it up to ref and bunker decisions

When do we have a coaching problem and the coach is in the hot seat for not having his team prepared for games better? It’s going to look real bad if they lose that first half to the tigers, or even if it’s a tie at half it will look bad.

I’m not sure whether Nicho has lost confidence. I get the feeling he is ‘chasing the sun’ or making up for lost time. I reckon he’s been playing hurt for a lot of the season and probably shouldn’t have played origin. But the desire to make the team was too great and convinced himself he has been good to play. I reckon this bigger injury has been because he’s pushed himself too far

I’m never gonna sit here and take an opinion on a penalty that should have been called but defend that it shouldn’t have been called because it’s a dumb way to end a game seriously. It’s late it’s a penalty, head clash or not it’s late and should have been called, salmon got suspended refs have came out and admitted it should have been called and warriors fans should be gutted that wasn’t called considering they’re back 3 were out of the game. That should have been called with no excuses.

It's a great time to be Panthers fan. I'm broken hearted that JFH is going to the Warriors but I have nothing but respect for what he's done for us and wish him all the best for the future. Who do you think though will walk away with bragging rights when he and Leota face off next year? Also, do you think that Isaiah Papalii will be a direct swap for JFH next year or will Sorenson go into the middle with Papalii on the flank. I seem to recall when Papalii was at Parra that he was quoted as saying that he preferred playing in the middle. I love listening to you boys talking about Penrith as they don't get the respect they earned and deserve at times from certain sections of the media.

As a Samoan, hate to say it but Su'a is lazy. Yes he can knock blokes over, thats if they're stupid enough to run it straight. But what Su'a lacks in is speed and urgency on Defence. The same line-break the Poms did during the RLWC a couple years ago to almost setup the match winning try, is the same shit he gets caught out by in games til this day. It happend over the weekend also. Thats 100% what Billy's started to notice. Small effort areas. 🤕

Idea for end of season content just to post one ep a week to continue engagment for all socials - make interview type podcast with ex players (doesnt have to be hall of fame players, just someone that can have a great convo and talk about footy stories and after footy) or current players (maybe players that are doing things in and around communities) and maybe a couple more eps of gimme par.

Just a thought maybe the off season you have a weekly podcast or do one with current player or up and coming player, imagine in the off season having letrell or the raiders 5/8 come on together how crazy for a youngster would feel with that opportunity! GDay lads, love the poddy have a bit of a tinfoil hat/ bit of DYOR/ futures bet and it’s quite interesting reading a lot of posts around socials and checked the run home for some of the teams that I think are contending for the 4th top 4 spot so I decided to put it all together and put it all together Bulldogs don’t play any top 4 teams on the run home. They play the cowboys this weekend in Townsville. Cowboys have lost their origin stars and have injuries. Bulldogs lose Critta. Mahony maybe pending on Harry grant. Dolphins have a tough run home playing all top 8 teams. Sharkies have been average and losing to teams they should beat like the titans on the weekend, being a top 4 side. Hynes is also out with an injury that NRL physio said he had to be carried off so he looks to be out for a while. Now add the rugby league gods into the equation of losing in 74 winning in 84 losing in 94 winning in 04 and losing in 14.
