Great reaction. The dude has a degree in Applied Physics so he knows what can be achieved through hard work. When he made 1st grade, as you saw in the early part of the clip, he wasn't great at all but the coaching team believed in him and they are now reaping the rewards. This applies to all players Storm sign up. Olam brings physicality and fear into opposing teams. The position (Centre) that he plays is a hard position, particularly on defence. He is constantly communicating with the players inside & outside of him, and reading the opposition's attacking moves so they can shut them down.
