Listened to these speakers and the matching mono at my local distributor and like them very much. Using good quality jumpers instead of the factory jumper bar will improve these speakers to a whole new level. I A/B tested it with may be the previous top model jumpers from Crystal Cables.

Nice sound. I always connect the wire to the tweeter and use the strap to connect to bass. Most of the speaker designs ensure that drivers are flush with the cabinets to reduce refraction. These speakers drivers are recessed. The frame of the cabinet is higher than the drivers. Very interesting.

I found an article about the connector with four holes. The speakers can be wired with Lemo connectors, a reliable locking connector standard that stems from the Pro Audio world and is also present on Goldmund mono power amplifiers. That means Goldmund amps also have these connectors.
