In collaboration with Microsoft Studios for the release of the critically acclaimed game Forza Horizon 4 for Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs, drum and bass tastemakers Hospital Records is releasing a first ever exclusive and bespoke soundtrack for the game.
Featuring as an in-game radio station in a Forza Horizon game for the third time, Hospital Records now also presents 20 exclusive and original tracks produced solely for Forza Horizon 4. The in-game unlockable Hospital Records radio station is hosted by label co-founders Tony Colman (London Elektricity) and Chris Goss, with featured artists including Metrik, Fred V & Grafix, Etherwood, S.P.Y, Logistics, London Elektricity, Kings Of The Rollers and more, available exclusively in the ‘Forza Horizon 4: Hospital Soundtrack’.
Forza Horizon 4 is currently available in the Ultimate Edition and will be available worldwide on Oct. 2. The full soundtrack will be available digitally and on streaming platforms on the 26th of October, with 6 tracks being cut especially for a limited edition vinyl release.

ScoredBuffalo31 at first I was convinced FH3 was better with songs like souvenirs, one sweet moment, cadence and others, but FH4’s hospital records is just amazing. Some soothing, others exciting, it’s a good blend. I love Hospital Records in this game.

Mirai/ /Azuki it does have some nostalgic elements in it. I like the guitar riff and the drum breaks in it. I think that it's one of the best song on Hospital Records on Forza Horizon 4 apart from the *OTHER* sunrise by Fred V and Grafix because that one is totally by far the best one. Shame its not actually in the main game to listen to :(

@Terminator- fh5 doesn't have better car sounds, most of them needed to be recicled, look at the 918 firts soundbank, was horrible and then they reused the fh4 fh3 soundbanks, still the musics abientation and many other challenges fh4 is a better racing experience thant fh5.
