The pressure is often not the issue it’s the flow rate. All American shower heads have flow limiters for “water saving” but if you remove them or drill through them it increases the flow rate and will result in a much nicer shower

For building walls gel is better than soap since it doesnt conduct heat and is viscous so it dosent leak as much
