Actually a healthy salad is not $30, people make excuses to eat healthy because a healthy salad is no more than 10-15 dollars with water. And a 4 by 4 cheeseburger is not 8 dollars it’s like 15 bucks. I don’t know where you live but it is not 8 bucks even if it’s from McDonald’s.

Kaylan you said McDonalds 😂 I can’t with these comments anymore. You know a salad from McDonald’s isnt really a salad and if you do your research the salads from McDonald’s have more calories then the burger. anybody going to McDonald’s for a salad is funny has no one seen the movie supersize me? It’s proven the salad has more fat and calories

Can't forget the night my heart started beating very fast for no reason. This lasted for 2months and affected my health drastically. I could not breath well. I was easily tired. I could not eat. My urine was red. I felt like dying despite my medications but I remembered changing my diet and life style. I saw positive change in the 3rd month. I just changed my life style and diet. Its been over 8yrs now and I am feeling so good every year.

No one takes it seriously until it's too late. My Mom passed away last month because of Heart failure due to high blood pressure and diabetes. If I've seen this video earlier, I may have forced her to do checkups more often and adhere to healthy lifestyle. But I'm late. I couldn't even go Home to see her because I was locked up outside the country because of COVID-19. Pay attention to your loved ones and specially your parents. All what is takes a few seconds, and they aren't there for you anymore. I can't describe the pain I'm having .. couldn't see her just one more time. May the God rest her in peace and surround her with angels.

This is a very serious problem that can go unnoticed. A good friend of mine who looked perfectly healthy passed away last year at age 35 due to heart failure. Please if you are able, visit your doctor for check ups. He made the mistake thinking because he lived a healthy lifestyle and he was young he didn't need to go.

I was very close to having a heart attack a few years ago due to my job. I worked an illegal job that took full advantage of me. 10 plus hours turned into 12. 12 went to 14 and so on. Improper breaks. I was consuming so much caffeine just to stay awake. Resting heart rate was 180. Normal routines such as walking shot it up close to 260. Cold sweats sharp pain around the heart. One night i collapsed at home. Slept for 14 plus hours. I knew I couldn't do that to myself ever again. Company tried to ghost on me after. Long story short. Took them to the labor board. They got hit hard with serious fines and they were forced to pay me alot for unsafe working conditions. Improper break system. And breaking muiltple laws with labor laws.

My heart failure was caused by having a too high blood pressure because of a severe sleep apnea for too long. Now both left and right of my heart is severely weakened. Sleeping with a C-PAP and medication to block adrenaline rushes and keep my blood pressure low allows me to live relatively normal.

I had my pulmonary valve repaired in 1977 and had a valve replacement this February 2014. Right after I started experiencing heart failure. I'm now taking diuretics, potassium and going to the C.H.F. Clinic once a week. I also do cardiac Rehab 3 times a week. How long will I have to keep taking the shot and diuretics for this problem..? Thanks for sharing this information, and thanks for your time for my answer...

I'm a cardiologist and I have to say your pulmonary valve repair IS successful. As for medicine…anticoagulant is for lifetime (usually Warfarin) and diuretics CAN be token for a long time until the water retention is ameliorated. Time can be varied, from several days to months, even in the end, on a regular base. As for potassium, u can stop the dose once your blood potassium reached 4 or above. A low potassium level can cause arrhythmia and muscle weakness; thus worsen the heart failure. Even if u stopped the potassium intaking, you should still eat Ka rich food, like fruits. I'd suggest my patients to have a diet high in protein and low in salt&fat. So based on my clinical experience, a modest amount of meat, especially fish is actually recommended. If you concern about protein-taking would rise the level of metabolites in your blood, then take fish as long as you're not allergic. Welcome to contact me if you have any further questions. It's been two months and I wish your condition is still under control.

My cat died from this, but the vet never said it was heart failure until the end. I remember her saying that if they could have gotten her stable enough to go home we would always be in fear of it happening again.

That was cruel, unethical, and inhumane. I would kill her if I was you. Her responsibility is try to save animals lives without questioning if it will happen again. What she did, not telling you and just letting your cat die was inhumane. She should have told you, and helped, the decision was yours not hers. I have 7 cats and they are my whole world, I can't stop myself being angry about what happened to you. I am sorry for your loss, and my advice to you is, don't trust your pets lives to that veterinarian ever again.

@@AilenM-px3lg Oh no it wasn't like that. We rushed her to the emergency vet because she couldn't breath. Her lungs were full of fluid and she wasn't responding to the medication. She was there for three days and they weren't able to get her stable enough to come home. We decided it was in her best interest to put her down. I just hate saying that, it sounds like we killed her when I do. We didn't want her to suffer anymore. She spent most of her vist there in a oxygen chamber(I think that's what it's call) and a tube down her nose. The vet did everything she could and I'm grateful she tried. We just didn't notice the signs in time.
